Your case is also different from mine! Mine looks like a top performances cvt cover. I'll snag a photo of these two next to each other when I get to the cvt. I'm slowly working my way to getting all the stock parts off. So far. First install will be cylinder. Then Intake /carb figure out the throttle cable situation to see if I can use the stock throttle (is the stock throttle a quick throttle? There's almost nooooooo play from 0 to full throttle on this thing) Then exhaust and cvt (gotta wait for springs and ordered a kart airbox just incase the stock airbox idea doesn't work as I am on the boat of keeping it left alone for any future build. I do have stage 6 orange springs and a delta sitting here at home (but the 122mm pulley and delta are at my mother's house that I forget I left there) But. If I can get the scooter started. I can fine tune during the week. Im very excited. And definitely appreciate the pics of your f12 sir. I am quite jealous of the cool logo over the cvt.

Do they have a website? Or more color options? That's a real fair price to work with. Just not a fan of white 😅

Sad and small update. I got an air-cooled cylinder ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ this is what I get for getting a little sick last few days and not checking the cylinder.
But we solved the problem and just ended up going for a stage6 mk2 racing.
Honestly I deal with Burke Kellermann on Facebook and he helps me out with anything I need. Hopefully the cylinder will be here by Tuesday So I will just install the intake. Carb and cvt parts when I can today.

So I snagged a few small goodies. Gokart airbox Red malossi springs. Stage 6 racing cylinder New wrist pin bearing And soon will order a 5mm spacer for the mk2 racing with an 85mm conrod. Got done installing the cylinder now. Gonna take care of the exhaust and carburetor later in the afternoon and see if I can get my first start. Then I will finish up the cvt side. And this portion of the build will be done Stock cranks won't be in much longer. Just more or less wanted to get the idle and main jet figured out. Then take it all apart again and port/flow the cases.

This was exactly what caused my issue. I borrowed one from work and it didn't catch, so I snagged a slightly larger bit t35?? And hammered it in and got the bolts loosend up 😊. Not going to lie I am exhausted from work. Up at 5:30 till 2 with over 25 bikes to repair today alone and feel kinda beat. I'll get some will power to get the new reeds carb and manifold in place. And hopefully the motoforce airbox with a 45 degree piece to it. If not I have a 90 degree piece of silicone tubing that can make it fit in its tiny spot. I plan on making a video of transitions from what it looked like before to looking afterwards with the mods. And with the seat cover off I can clean up some grime and such and make the engine a bit cleaner.

S0o0o0o the pwk and intake I have is too close to fit properly. I can attach vacuum lines and fuel to test the engine to see if I can get initial start up. But will need to find a way to fit the carb in a different direction without the airbox hitting the plastics or chassis. I think a 360 degree intake may be needed or go rear facing route.
