Ok, we wen't a bit off-topic in the "introducing" theme in the lobby
So, without further ado, here's my QMA:
fresh from the shop:
(I got rid of the front fender as soon as I got home)
last time it was rideable:
This little Chinese is the best thing I bought in my life No more traffic jams for Mr.Zedoo
The mods on the last pics were:
-got rid of the front fender, the rear got a lot shorter with license plate relocation
-rear light is now a LED one
-got new grips
-the foot-rests were painted in black
-I bought a rear spoiler which looks fantastic (kinda my taste)
-I changed the rear spring from red to a black one
-got the rear end up by aprox. 3.5cm (not your kinda measure, I know )
-got the frond end down by aprox. 3cm
-changed that nasty gas filter
-got rid of the airbox, freeflow filter in, main jet went to 80 (from 65 I think)
-got the 4.7g rollers in (stock were 6.5g)
-the clutch springs were uprated, I think 3000rpm ones
-new belt (slightly thinner, didn't have a better one)
-got the electronic rev limiter on a little switch that is hidden in the foot rests...when I see the cops I just limit my scoot to 50km/h
-got rid of that stupid valve that goes from the exhaust pipe to the airbox
That's about it, I suppose...the scoot was pretty quick, it went about 75-80km/h (so he says ) - the GPS measured speed was about 64km/h..
I could get away from the cars at traffic lights, no tailgaters or such. Since this scoot is very small it's very agile and you can get where others cannot. I enjoy every second riding this thing!
The mods that I'm carrying out now are a lot more extreme, and they are located in the lobby, I'll put them here later if someone wants to. Expect some pictures soon!
