Looking for more top speed

this variator has too many shims it actually run it with no shims than the shims that are on there 
I set it so the inner part of the belt is even with the drive boss for max travel


this is what i mean by inner and outer edge of travel less than 1mm left on inside and  outside of variator
This ncy variator is on my roughouse 
The malossi variator on the zuma I could get down to under 2mm inside and out

i will take some pics to show you. I have a Multivar on it the overrange was on my last one. I have a +15mm belt on it. I will post a picture of it. I stay with the 86 for now too because i want to check what the temp will be with less wind.

This is the 5mm left on the Multivar

Thats the mark left on th rear pulley. I noticed a slightly mark on the inner part no shown on the pic.

That the +15mm i talked about. I dont know the lenght of it.

Edit: I updated my mods list so its gonna be less confusing. I only noticed it when I uploaded the pics on my computer sorry guys!

so is that belt 15mm wide
stock belt is 16.5 mm wide

No it said that it is 15mm longer than a standard belt in lenght.

who makes your belt ?
every manufacturer measures belts different
polini ,malossi belts roll out less than listed size bando rolls out to the exact size listed
