That's sounding like you may need to replace the pump or petcock. There are different types out there so make sure you check whatever you buy out well to be sure it matches what you need. Before replacing anything though, verify that the lines are in good condition and everything is hooked up. If you were missing a vac line to the pump/petcock it wouldn't work. Check the filter as well to be sure nothing is clogging it.

Yes do! One hairline crack, barely visible can cause this. Ive had a few of those in the shop. One had a hole in it i didnt see nor find until i tried a different line and it worked. Picked up the old one and plugged the end while i blew in the other end. I could hear and feel the air coming out of this lil pin hole. That one would run fine until the guy tried riding with his wife, or came to a hill. Or a long WOT stretch. Basically anything that put i big load on the engine making it require more fuel than that line could deliver and it would starve itself outta fuel. Swapped fuel lines and it was fine. Only cost the guy $15 in labor. I gave him the hose for free as it was used.

get rid of the vacuum petcock and put a manual one it
it could be a very tiny hole in the vacuum line and by sucking on it you are aplying more vacuum then the engine does

Alright put stock carb to see if i have better vacuum and i do, but still wont start. i heard something dripping thought i left drain screw open but was shut tight, after closer inspection it is dripping pretty heavy from exhaust hole were the exhaust meets cylinder. i have strong compression don't have measure device just thumb over spark plug hole.strong spark let it set to make sure it wasn't flooded still would not start gas started to run from same spot again. tighten the head nut down did not help out of answers wanted see what y'all thought before i take cylinder off :swear: :bfg:

if it was flooded pull the fuel line off the carb and pull the plug and let it air out
then with the fuel line spary some starting fluid in there (as long as you are still using the autolube) and see if it will run on a shot of spray
if it runs on spray then your issue is fuel related if not its some where else

The latest carb might have the float set too high, making it flood? Not sure why the first wouldn't provide vacuum unless something was hooked up wrong or clogged or cracked.

alright i found the problem. One side of the pistion ring was stuck inside the piston ring groove. i had to pry it out.piston was a little scratched up from trying to start it and it rubbing against cylinder, but cylinder didnt look near as bad i guess i will order new piston and rings, put old cylinder on and started right up
