Or rather this lunatic has taken over to his garage a Peugeot Pox 110cc 4 speed, not motorcycle or scooter but a scooterette.
Some of you may remember I bought this for £5 and took out the petrol for my car and left it for a while to go with other scrap metal to get a good price on a load.
Parts are as common as rocking horse poo but after cross referencing it with Honda Innova, Honda Wave, Loncin LX110-3D and a few pit bike parts and pieces I can rebuild it quite cheaply doing it over a long period. Saves me talking to lamp posts when I am bored.
I have come to the conclusion that the engine is most likely seized but hey ho off we go.
I won't have many panels replaced. I have the headlight and Speedo and switch gear surround already.
My first purchase is a set of innova wheel's with all associated parts so it can be wheeled about and I can go up and down the road going brmmmm, brmmmm. Most likely much to the consternation of the neighbours ( luckily only 4 and 2 of them are deaf and never come out hardly).
No the wife doesn't know yet but she loves me and will understand my insanity.
I just need to be aware of the children and grandchildren as they don't hold back.

So sit back hold onto yet knickers and tune in for the progress when it begins. 😁

It needs a BIGGER "L" sign and a warning about lamp posts and needing restraints...

Hush children! I will have you know there is method to my insanity!
I am now a environmentalmentalist and will be saving the planet by recycling this scooterette back on the road. It goes with my new image of wearing trendy recycled flipflops made out of old yoghurt cartons after I have done some yogurt weaving to make new T shirts and my new flared trousers I made whilst lentil weaving.
I shall be found by the powers to be soon and on my way to stardom and fame.
Everyone will follow me on Instaspam and Farcebok and all will bow before my feet!

Work on getting it running and then you can make it into any thing you want it to look like. Don't know about e.u regulations for scooter, here it is pretty open so if Brent can get a stripped down t2 road legal hopefully you can do the same

Here there will are loads of things you can't do. Can't have any sharp edges on the outside of the bike. Then signals must be a certain distance apart. Plates must be in centre line of the vehicle,,,,, and on and on.

Behold Minions a master cylinder and caliper has arrived and to be fitted. I have no caliper bolts but baler twine should do the job.
Next main thing to appear in the week is 2 wheels with all fittings and disc courtesy of a Honda Innova.

Good evening children.

The bodgery and chicanery starts. First off what known as a hambone bodge here in Wales, similar to redneck engineering stateside. Is a splint made from cardboard to stop the indicator drooping all held together with tape, seat fitted and caliper and master cylinder. Got wheels arriving from eBay with all fittings from a honda innova to fit at some point. Just to let you know this is our family hack for my boys to borrow when they shout DAAADDDD my bikes not working again and not to sell on to some poor unsuspecting person. I will use it up the road from us which is known as the green desert basically 40 square miles of nothing.

We do use it but on that scooterette it would have looked too professional
