if you google the subject you can find photos of acres of confiscated scooters. so much for property rights and don't think the owners were compensated by the government for their loss. how long and hard do you think the chinese worker had to work to purchase a scooter?

American's are like prison b*tches..lol...We (most not all) will take whatever and not say anything simply because we (most not all) are LAZY. Plain and simple nobody wants to fight it out. The government knows this and is slowing taking our rights and liberties away, and not enough people care. That's what's sad about our country.

wonder how long its gonna be before we have to pay taxes, insurance and tags, for our scooters? some places already require a licenses....hopefully ill be 18 and have my motorcycle licenses before that happens....scooters are just so much fun and easy to work on, many more years of enjoyment and possibly a scooter repair job for me!

Hi Lots of places already require registration and insurance on small scoots(50cc) and all require it for any that are over that size My state doesnt require it as of yet but i did both on"April" as it protects her in case of an accident or as in case of my last scoot which was stolen, Your chances of retrieving them is much better if registered and insured Take care and ride safely Yours Hank

i always make sure to park by the door, or infront of cameras when not on the scoot, when im at home, its locked to a telephone pole, by the frame, or i keep it in my little add-on room. i'd like to get a centerstand lock soon though, maybe a regular chainlock from the centerstand/kickstand to the front/rear wheel would work just as good? and i know, its such a pitty, the US government trying their best to take away our "free"dom of driving vehicles. on something so small, i think it should be up to us to pay for a new scoot/get mine fixed and pay the other cars tiny dents and scratches, if its our fault. but regardless, if they did make us pay taxes to have them on the road, i'd certainly pay them just for my love of scoots.
