OK,we have 192EX,130Tran,EX port 25mm high. How wide is the EX port(straight across, not around the cyl curve),what is your expected max RPM that will be used?

I really don't know what to think for the max RPM. I won't set it up to spin as fast as it absolutely can, I need some sort of reliability. I'm not afraid to let it rev a bit if it will though. Sorry that's a terrible answer. If you have a guess, let me know.
Exhaust port is about 28mm wide straight across. It's 32-38mm from the piston to the flange, depending where you measure from top or bottom.

190mech has been kind enough to do some calculations for me. (Thank you John.) The area of my exhaust port opening into the cylinder is larger than the port's area at the flange. The flange needs to be at least the same area, or it will be a restriction. He suggested opening the outlet to 30mm, because the entrance is 28.6mm. I think I could park my new scooter in there.

Not a bunch of gasket surface there!!What can we use for a gasket? Cut the head tonight; A bit under the specs, but with that monster Ex port some more compression will be needed..

I guess I'll end up using a paper gasket coated with copper RTV for the exhaust. Hopefully that'll work. I removed the seals and stuck the bearings in my cases this morning using what I call the "chillencook" method. Froze the bearings overnight. Cooked the cases at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, turning and basting half way through. Dropped the bearings in. I forgot to put the crank in the freezer last night. Coulda had it in the small case half now. I think what I'm gonna do is cook the small half and put the crank in it. I might use my crank installer to pull the cases together. I don't know that applying sealant to a 350 degree case is a good idea. Plus it'll take me a few minutes to apply and line up etc.... The sealant is what makes me nervous. I wanna do it right, and I think that would be easier to do with the crank installer so I don't have to feel rushed. Not sure when I'll get to do all of this. Maybe I'll get the crank in one half later today. I think I need to do something different for a cylinder spacer. Prob shoulda went with the Stage 6 instead of the Hebo that's slanted. I sanded it down to 4.6mm last night, then realized this morning that it's not matched well at all. I can either try the Stage 6 or make one. I'd need 1/4" aluminum to make one. Not sure where I can even get that. I've seen thin sheets or thick flat bar, not thick sheets. Not to mention .4mm was a lot of sanding... I'd have to sand 1.75mm off of 1/4" sheet and of course the cutting and grinding.

Great work on the bearings! Glad they dropped right in for ya . How is that broccoli&chicken over rice? Ive been thinking about that meal the past couple visits to the store ...J/K man, sorry! Use the crank tool, thats why ya bought it silly ! Im sure the cases will seal up fine for you with that stuff. That polished motor looks sweet ;D. How ya gonna keep it that way? Can ya clear coat it? A spacer with a slant??? WTF ? Maybe 190mech can help ya with that? Or like you said Stage6....Keep up the good stuff !

Got all kinda aluminum, what is the exact thickness? 4.60mm is the exact thickness. If you got chunk that would work, name your price.

How is that broccoli&chicken over rice? Ive been thinking about that meal the past couple visits to the store ...J/K man, sorry! Don't you be eyeballin' my TV dinners. Us fat folk'll fight over food. That polished motor looks sweet ;D. How ya gonna keep it that way? Can ya clear coat it? I never really finished the polish. I looked around at every other scooter I own and realized they're all dirty. I'm just gonna leave it how it is. It should still be cleaner than stock I guess. Maybe I'll polish it at first, but I can pretty much guarantee you I'll get tired of that. I shoulda had it powder coated black or fake chrome. A spacer with a slant??? WTF ? Maybe 190mech can help ya with that? Or like you said Stage6. It's not horrible, but then again, why match the cases to the cylinder if neither match the spacer. I could match 'em all I guess, just figured a new spacer was probably a better idea. This thing pushes the boost port out almost like the BIG kits would.

I'd rather just cut one, so let me know what you want for the 3/16" please. No need for samples.
