got the rest of the parts on the scoot today....i really like the look of the under tail cover....really cleans it up....heres some pics of everything... under tail cover out of the box... instructions were in french so i had to wing it... headlight was rattling around and it was really bugging me so i put some black silicone around the light to get rid of the rattle... put some red LED lights in the tail cover and under the scoot... where did you find the under tail cover I really want one for my scoot?.and can't find one anywhere

I lightened the Hoca clutch, which is basically stock with a better friction material... same hunk of aluminum for shoes. Coupled with 2000RPM springs it works quite well IMO. ExampleIt depends how aggressive you get with it. It's a good idea to balance the shoes while you're at it.

well i been tuning away one the scoot....its running strong....i have a few more thins to do but here is where im at now..... i did end up drilling out the clutch shoes....it didn't do much so i'm going to take them into work and do another hole like in Brent's post... i put the dell 21mm carb on...i could not get it to run right with the stock air box...i had a pod filter from a dirt bike sitting around and it fit on nice and WOW what a world of difference....its getting lots of air now....the carb is sweating because its flowing so well... i need to make the slots longer in the rear pulley because im maxing it out and still have room to come together on the front...
