Ryan its a slow day at the shop today so I whipped this up it is really hard to face a plate of aluminum that small so I had to bolt it to another plate...  faced to to 2mm  traced out  free handing on the mill...   all cut out...   I left a little extra so it will need filed to your liking....  let me know if this will work for you..... |

the first 2 pics are in a vm24 milltronics cnc....i have a 6in aluminum face mill that leaves a beautiful finish....the other pics are in a bridgeport knee mill....thanks....

well i got some my parts in today....bolted the new stator up and still no go....grrrrrrrrr.....i also ordered a performance cdi so i put that on and she fired up....it was the cdi the whole time....so i have all new electronics on it now so it should be good for awhile...now i need to get it broke in and start tuning the dell 21mm carb and drive system....

made an air scoop for the triton today...  it took me a few cuts to get it to look the way i wanted it...   custom touch....   i managed to find some grey that matches the gray on the scoot..  back on the scoot..  what size pvc is that man? I wanna make one after seeing it it looks badass!! |

well i went to change out the clutch springs and striped out the clutch nut.....  ....my buddy used my impact and left it on the highest setting....anyone know what size it its? i know its an m10 but i dont know the thread pitch...im going to make one tomorrow at work so i can keep tuning....i will order one when i know what size it is.... |
