Ryan seems to have the most sources for 90+cc pipes. 190mech has awesome more race oriented pipes, but I don't think that's prob a great choice for this... not that it couldn't run well. Some eBay sellers are carrying pipes that work with 90s now. VTCycles may still be able to get Phongeer pipes. PFS sells a Hoca pipe. My LV ZX 100cc was for a 100cc Aerox. A while back all of the sites that I used to use took Aerox 100 listings down and I don;t know where to get the stuff anymore. There are still Tecnigas Next R pipes for 100cc minarelli around.

hers some more of what i have done... the 45mm crank i got from autotech355 dropped right into the 90cc cases without boring them out.... as you can see i ditched the oil pump for premix....i had to may issues with the pump to risk the new parts... piston at BDC....everything lines up nice... the old zx-r was looking rough so i figured i would hit it with some header paint.... out in the sun...it turned out well... engine all ready to go back in....

sweet. i cant get over the paint it looks powder coated. and let us know how the HPC 45mm works with that build. my initial thoughts were going to be overheating issues with high compression and the leo?!? but thats my 2 cents, there are some nice pipes out there not alot of people have ran or dont run and have perfect dimensions for the 90's only problem is volume. i ran the 125cc pipe from autotech at one point which was 19.33mm ID on stinger and 28mm header i believe which was not good for a 28mm carb but the 24mm-21mm worked decent.

at the moment im waiting for a new stator to come in due to my crapping out on me....i figured i would address some other issues i had.....the front brakes on my scoot sucked from day one...mine has the goofy abs thing on it so i wanted to remove that in hopes of getting better brakes....i pulled it off and what can out of the line was scary....i have never seen brake fluid look like this.....it was really black and kinda chunky....the banjo bolt would not work without the abs box so i started looking around my garage for the extras i have from quads and dirt bike...found them but non fit....i had to think outside the box on this one....i managed to find a stainless steel bolt that fit the brake caliper so i made me a banjo bolt....i drilled a hole right down the center and another through the side.....i put everything together, pumped all the old black fluid out and it works great....lots of pressure in the system now.....

either a peacepipe or if you can afford it c30 or voca 94, roost 94, web bike japan have ALOT of 100cc pipe but run about 400. they are spot on in volume and dimensions. there is a exhaust on there for the aerox 100 stinger id is 21mm and header 28mm stainless steel and runs 450 which imo better than the others but peacepipe is race oriented. i do know the stainless steel is made by windjammer which is very very nice race pipe!

I really like the Phongeer exhausts for riders. Good low end and good top end, up to a little over 9000RPM. If you are running past 9000RPM regularly you may wanna look elsewhere. With the Hoca cylinder as-is, I think you'd be pleased. Big issues for it are fit (it'll prob burn your fan shroud) and availability. VTCycles at leas was carrying them, but last time I ordered one I had to email them multiple times and it took a while just to get them to say they'd sell the pipe to me. Worth a shot to call though. It was under $200. This is a Hoca kit, 45mm crank, PG exhaust, Hoca variator. Nothing crazy, but it gets the job done and remember you're watching a nearly 300lb rider so takeoff will be much quicker with the same setup and a lighter rider. I will admit it could have a higher top speed with a pipe that wanted to keep pulling (or upgears), but it was still good for 60+MPH and would cruise reliably at 55+MPH with me at close to 300lbs. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kp7_cqa6sY
