I had a Tecnigas next r on one of the scooters I brought. I did not think it was that good. They seem to do ok on some of the dyno graphs though. You need to paint it as they rust quite quickly

the pipe is the rs-2 for a bws100....the dimensions are quite a bit bigger then the zx-r pipe I have now...the quality seems to be good....I loosely mounted it to my scoot and it seems to match up to the cylinder much better then the zx-r....
aeroxbud...im going to paint it later down the road....I wanted the chrome one but they were out of stock....

hey ryan i will try to get you the measurement as soon as i can..... just a little update on where im at on the scoot... i have been slowly working out all the details on the scoot..... i got the pipe all mounted, throttle cable and choke cable worked out for the dellorto 21mm carb.... mounted the new adjustable clutch and polini speed bell and ran into a snag...when i tightened the nut for the bell down it was pinching the bell against the big nut that holds the clutch on....started looking around and figured out that the new clutch is made of thicker metal so the nut was not threading on enough....i ended up grinding some of the thickness off of the nut to get it to clear...got it mounted again and everything worked nicely.... the air cleaner i got had a 45 elbow on it and would not fit because it was hitting the frame...i took it to work and machined a part to adapt the 90 boot out of the stock box to the new air cleaner...i dont have any of it done yet but it worked out well... this is it fitted without the hole for the 90 elbow from the stock air box.... now that all the new parts are on and its like 50 degrees outside i figured i would take it back out to the garage and see if it would fire up....put some gas in it, chocked it and kicked it twice and it cam to life.....did some holeshots in the garage and WOW....this thing is running better then ever....the bigger pipe seams to be a big help and the new clutch is working nicely..... now i'm really stoked to get some nice weather so i can get it out and get it tuned in...
