well i got my parts in today from racing planet... :itshere: ..it took 3 weeks but thats beside the point....i got the new headlight in....its a cool looking headlight but is a poor part...first off you have to wire it up to your stock headlight plug...it comes with no type of instructions on how to wire it...i know how to wire so i had no problem but for someone thats not good at wiring may have a problem....the next thing i dont like is that it does not just bolt in like it should...the top bolts on the light work but i had to make a bracket to mount the bottom of the light......well anyways i got it wired and mounted and i like the way it looks...much better then the stock one...heres a few pics... stock headlight new headlight... headlight out of the box i needed something to make the bottom bracket out of...an old license plate will work ;D the bracket all done and mounted...not the best but does the job..

brent its much brighter then the stock light...its only 20w bulbs in it...i know i can get 50w bulbs because i run the same bulb in the light on my dirt bike and on my quad and i use 50w bulbs...the 50w bulbs are very bright....i just got the light in today so i have not got a chance to take it down the road to really test the light out.. thanks davidns17....i still have a few other styling parts to put on that i got in the mail today...will be posting pics in the next few days...

I wouldn't suggest stacking up 50 watters in there. From what I've seen I run 55W bulbs on one of mine and it just can't supply enough juice to make the both light up well.

ya i was thinking 50w bulbs would be a little much....if i move up any i will go to the 35w bulbs....

got the rest of the parts on the scoot today....i really like the look of the under tail cover....really cleans it up....heres some pics of everything... under tail cover out of the box... instructions were in french so i had to wing it... headlight was rattling around and it was really bugging me so i put some black silicone around the light to get rid of the rattle... put some red LED lights in the tail cover and under the scoot...

i started looking around for some aluminum wheels for the scoot because the stock steel wheels were very boring...i could not find a good set of used wheels on ebay and i cant justify spending alot on new wheels...so i figured i would just paint the stock wheels....im happy with how they come out....heres some pics... stock gray wheels...blahhhh... :barf: wheels with new paint and stage 6 rim stickers....without the pipe.. with pipe..... so i got the scoot back together and wanted to make sure everything was working right so i took it for a spin around the yard....i figured the ground work be hard because it like 28 here but i was wrong...i was wondering why it was reving but not going anywhere until the back end started kicking out....turns out i was just turfing my yard with the scoot... heres the aftermath...going to need a bath now...
