The way i understand from reading up on this style mina at scooterinvasion it is basically just a 'jog 90' with a smaller bore. Thanks for bringing this to light BTW drawkward. lol, I remember thinking it was just your everyday Mina until you and Reign told different. I would like to come across one myself someday and might have passed it right up if i hadnt known

Here are the measurements for one of Autotech's 54mm kits. Here's a gasket for the above cylinder on a 70cc cylinder just to show how things are lining up. Stock FM 52cc Cylinder Stock 1E40QMB 49cc Cylinder wearing a gasket that fits the FM cylinder. Looks like I'm a go for the 54mm kits. Now I just need to figure out which one. They have the 71mm, and 78mm tall cylinders.

I just got word from Carlos that he doesn't carry 54mm kits that use a 10mm pin, and he doesn't believe anyone else does either. So it looks like I'll be needing to do the crank as well - which is OK, but I'll just have to wait until I have more funds...

I think you can get a "jog 90" 10 pin for it cant ya? I can't really find all the much for the jog 90. I'm having a hard time finding the 10mm pin kit. I'm hoping to find one because it should (hopefully) be cheaper, seeing as it is a "stock" part. On a side note, I decided to check out my gears on the 1E40QMB-A (1E40FM) and see what the count is. I'm hoping to swap them into the 1E40QMB for the time being. Trying to figure out the gear ratio. I'm not exactly clear on which gears get swapped out. I'm guessing my gear ratio is 13/52? Probably way off.

13/52 (4:1) and 13/44 (3.38:1) are your gear ratios. 13/52 is primary and 13/44 is secondary.
I'm not too sure about finding 90cc parts with 10mm pins. I know some places don't even specify wrist pin size when dealing with 90cc parts. I assumed because all 90ccs were 12mm?

*I don't mind changing out the crank, it's just going to have to wait a bit - mainly until I find out how much school is going to cost. Cranks aren't cheap. **Not too much on that thread ... But the links that Josh gave me on it were pretty good. The only problem is that when I tried to get info and assistance on that topic over there, no one would respond I would like to get more info, but I don't want to nag and repeat myself.

Wow, that is cheap. The other thing to consider cost wise is that I guess you'll need to replace the vari and flywheel.
