Piaggio LT50 ( aka Liberty ) 2t ac 49cc. 19.5:1 ( ! ! ) Wow! No wonder it friggin sounds like it's going to blow up while riding it. The RPM's are screaming due to this way short gearing! I didn't count teeth or anything- just used the 'easy method' for establishing...

The wheel diameter is bigger,so 19.5 to 1 wouldnt be as bad as with a 10" wheel,,I'm sure it could be easily calculated...

I've been searching the forum for the information I'm looking for and can't find it, so I figured that I would post my question here. I'm looking at getting a set of upgears for my 2003 Zuma and I'm unsure as to what would be the best fit for my build. I have seen the following chart, how do the 15/50s fit in there I will be running the Stage6 Sport Pro MK II and I would like to be able to cruise at 55 comfortably and maybe hit 60. I weigh 160lbs for reference. Any advise would be appreciated

I've been curious about gearing recently and was tired of seeing the above image with no way to manipulate it, so I made a spreadsheet of my own in Google Sheets. This is specific to prebugs but I think applies to your 2003. There's some details for the Aerox 50 in there too just because I'm running Aerox wheels so I was curious about some of that. Minarelli Gearing ChartFeel free to make a copy. I have columns in there for primaries, secondaries and then final drive. With what you're trying to achieve, a final drive ratio of about 11:1 would make sense to me.
