Awesome! Thanks for sharing the vids. You gotta get a GPS or cell in your pocket or something. I'd love to know how fast that thing goes in a 1/4 mile.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing the vids. You gotta get a GPS or cell in your pocket or something. I'd love to know how fast that thing goes in a 1/4 mile. Yeah, those new fangled gadgets.. I suppose it would be nice to see a number to better tune things? Ive always just let the track do that part lol. Im guessing it was rounding 90-95MPH before i lifted when i held it past the 1/8th mark. But who knows? It feels fast from dig to lift! Of course it could just stop at 80MPH and never get faster lol?. My guess it a max speed of closer to 100MPH.. CVT work, or a final drive swap would net even faster top speeds im sure. However, top speed is not my goal at this time. I want to see/feel it run the 7,s i know it has in it, and see the 1/4 mile ET,s before i change much of anything. I will see about putting a gypsy in my pocket next time out for some real numbers? All that being said, i still havent "geared" this thing out and ive pushed it hard past the 80MPH in the 1/8th that it previously been recorded doing. Im probably pushing my luck and looking for a nasty wreck if/when shit comes undone? Ive got allot of faith in this puppy! Its solid as they come. Engine is sound as its ever been, and never misses a beat! Only worry really is tire.. Front tire is new, but cheap china new. Im sure it wasnt made to roll 80+MPH? I dont keep it there long at all, that is my only security. It was pretty warm after those runs though. However, i was braking hard on it though testing the front brakes to see how well they worked and if they were gonna hang up again.

Maybe you need to go get a tire size off the bike I was racing last year? ;p Traction isnt an issue when the tire is clean and warm.. This was shits and giggles fun, thats all Those fat tires look pretty but if you dont "really need" that much tire its just extra rotating mass to get turning. Take a scooter tire, wheel or not and spin it with your hands in the air like its a toy for a few minutes.. Now grab a bicycle tire/wheel and do the same.. Get it? If you can hook and go with the lighter, smaller tire wouldnt you?

Drag slicks like that dont have any mass. Like what a funny car has on the back. Their crazy light. Its less than most scooter wheels

Hey!I built that machine! It is hard to ride with that long frame,it'd be trouble trying to control it in a stock style frame..BUT I did make it so it'll bolt right into a stocker...

I've brought up the street thing in the past and both John and Robert promptly informed me that it would be a handful to say the least. Even if you keep it under control I can only imagine what a cop would say if you got caught at roundabout 100MPH on a "49cc" scooter. Slightly beyond the point where you convince him of a strong tailwind to your benefit.

Think about all the extra people that show puts on the track let alone the street! More people with racecars, or anything racing, more people go to the track. Its a given, no matter if they street race or not. Most all end up at the track testing, shooting for a MPH or ET.. Or just to watch because they got their intrest spiked from the show. As dumb as they make it! I wish Discovery would get their shit together and let us watch a pass for what it is and what it sounds like! For instance.. here is a perfect example in one vid of just how much they can edit out and plain fuck up a good pass. First part, real part.. Second part is shit! Same pass

I love Street Outlaws because I love cars, but some of it is cheesy. I wish they'd quit with the pretending they're just out on some street trying to hide.... as if we don't notice all of their pro lighting rigs and such. The poor actors that play cops on the show have to have their faces blurred so you may believe it's real.
Maybe you Indiana boys can get Discovery to come out and film Scoot Outlaws? The govt would prob ban 2Ts totally the year after it aired when they saw what little Snoopy could do though.

I love the Chiefs Car. The crow is one bad whip. And I would like to see you pull a wheelie in front of the court house on Snoopy. The looks on the cops faces would be priceless when they seen Snoopy disguised in street clothes pull off a giant wheelie lol
