Hand hone? Or drill honed? I'm running a drill honed cylinder after gouging both the bottom of my cylinder and the bottom of my piston skirt (big hole in piston skirt) And I can honestly tell You there's no loss in power. Very surprised that it performs well. Give it a good cross hatch. Run it.

I dont think its ideal but shouldn't be an issue, anyone want to chime in? There is a huge scooter meet next weekend and i want to make it but dont want to make a bad decision due to my wanting to go...help Looks better than a Nickasil cylinder that I worked on and is running strong. I'd say go for it.

I have also also been getting a lot of oil on back wheel. Wonder if i had too much oil. I checked wheel seal and output shaft and doesn't seem to be leaking from there. Only assume its from overflow tube..does that look like enough oil? 100Ml?

Looks like enough oil, but it's hard to say. Even if you don't have a graduated cylinder/beaker or syringe around and are in doubt, most kitchen measuring cups are graduated in ml too. Don't pour gear oil into your kitchenware, but you could pour 100ml of water into a plastic cup or something, mark where 100ml is, then dump it and pour your gear oil in.

Panning for gold? Texas tea! And yes, usually i just fill it up and it pukes but has been a few weeks and still getting the pukes. Guess if that amount was in there still should be cool. Weird part is it spins off back tire(which scares me in high speed turns) which i assumed it was leaky seal behind break drum. I assume it could be vent hose puking it onto rim and spinning it out.jus thought it would have quit by now.

Good idea, i also read its about half a cup or 4oz, sound correct?

4oz = 118.3ml = 1/2 cup
Yeah, that would be about right. Mine usually say 110ml, but I usually fill with 120ml.

Redneck rebuild review(that'd be me),bore looks fine,remember all a 2T has for compression is above the top of the Ex port,then its all "dump&blow"...

What i thought but it might affect filling the cylinder back up on downward stroke. If you guys all say its good and i thought so as well by god its the gospel!
