Holy Sh$t Batman! I found the launch I've been looking for. It's raining so I can't really tune but a quick run down the street has me impressed. I used the orange springs and weights set the tension to about 3/4 of the way to max and it launches and makes the front very light. I don't stunt but this thing set up on dry pavement will be pulling the wheel. Much more than I expected!

Even more so now that it is on and I went for a quickie in the rain! Public Service Announcement : Don't try out new parts in the rain. It's dangerous and will just make you want more!

Nice set up man, one of these days I'm gonna get some nice cvt parts. I really want an after market kicker. Your bike looks nice!

Thanks. I would have done the clutch sooner if I had known what a difference it would make. I plan on doing an OR so that was the excuse for the kicker but it matches the suspension, brakes and frame support so it was more about the looks. Your going to have a handful with the power that jog is making when you get into the cvt. Hell you already do. Lol. I've got some plans to do a 90 on a small frame and I've been following those builds. Thanks again.

I use the same clutch with the 430g bell and even with all the supplied brass weights i cannot get the clutch to bite good. My race scoot Skeedr needs a good burnout and 3 or 4 "dry hops" before i can get it to bite decent. Are you using any or all of the weights?
They are good clutches to get about any engagement RPM you want. I use the orange (med) springs as well. I think with the heavier weights in the shoes it would grab harder and i could tighten the springs a bit or even go to reds if needed?
Good choice! Glad you like it!

I've got all the weights in. I also have the red springs if needed. I can only compare it to the stocker and say it's a huge difference. I have the 450 bell. Hoping it's not raining after work again so I can tune on it a bit. I saw heavier weights are available.

Well it stopped raining and I'm not getting the results I was yesterday. I loosened up the springs because I could see the shift happening before engagement. I think I have a head leak again. Grrrr!!! It was having a difficult time getting up on the pipe before I adjusted the springs. Don't know if that could if happened yesterday with the two or three hard launches I had. I'm also getting oil on the pipe nuts. The flange at the cylinder is clean and it looks like it may be blowing through the pipe mount and pipe connection. These o- ring heads are a pain.
