I was just saying to myself. I got a 75mph scoot and an 80mph scoot just like Pig. And then you go and do this.....  . Motorhome / Dad life took over man, it’s not my fault lol. I’m actually pretty stoked to have this version of the prebug back on the road. |

Here’s another way to add weight to a set of rollers. I had some wood dowel laying around that was a close fit. I just cut a piece off and threw it in my drill press and sanded it down to a press fit.  |

For a stock exhaust I think mid 50’s is pretty good. I’ve already taken it down dirt trails and bike paths. I forgot how fun a Prebug is in this configuration. It may sound weird to some that a loss of almost 20mph would be a good thing, but I honestly think a Prebug is better this way.

I’m looking for suggestions for a good and preferably cheap dual sport tires. I ride lots of gravel and dirt trails with this scoot, but it also has to work on asphalt. I know the Michelin Reggae’s are good, but if there’s a cheaper option that’d be great.

I actually just found some Michelin’s for $110CAN shipped. So that’s like $85 USD. Not sure I’ll find a better deal then that especially for Michelin’s. I haven’t ordered them yet so any deals you know of would be great. Thanks.

I never did order new tires, some other things came up. I’ve always liked the look of those pirelli’s. Could you post a pic of them on your scoot? |
