I ordered a 21mm from the link nelson provided. not sure where to get the choke nob or the elbow for the throttle cable. Do these carbs use the 5mm jet or the 6mm?

I haven't installed mine yet but I got a clone 21mm phbg race off of Nelson and a real dellorto race 19mm phgb from one of the other guys here. Both are nice the dellorto being the nicer of the 2 but the difference is slight cosmetic as far as I can tell. Hard to beat 30 to 45 bucks for the clone

Do these carbs use the 5mm jet or the 6mm? 5mm I think. treatland.tv has all kinds of parts. You'll have to ask Nelson I think they come set up for a cable choke and you'll need a screw on adapter for the airbox. I think I've got a lever and pull nob choke. I'm going to use cable on my bikes. All the tuning and small parts are priced good from treatland.tv just they have so much it takes a while to find what you want on their sight Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

I got a pull knob from treatland. The 19mm uses the smaller jets. I ran my 70 with the jet that came in it. Just changed the main.

Can u tell me if u are running the stock gears from the polaris? If so how does it pull off the line? I think I need to ditch my polaris gears

I'm running the stock gears. The main problem with mine was belt slippage on the variator off the line. It took a major resurfacing of the variator with 220 grit sandpaper and 8g rollers to bring it under control. I think Brent had the same problem and ended up using a Hoca variator. My 90cc wastes my 72cc build off the line
