Hey i don't remember was that a long case bike to start with? You going with the little 10 in wheel and tire or moving up to a bigger setup with the longcase motor?

Ordered a ton of parts. Good thing this isn't a flip. Even got a new rear rim. The price made me wish I had a 19 spline axle. Parts for scooter had a sweet set of 13" rims I was drooling over.

Also this might have been a problem.. Not sure what happened there. I'm sure that piece probably ended up in a bad place. I think this cylinder will be coolz with a little work. And a new piston and rings

Brent recently had some headgasket troubles, think he went to copper instead of aluminum to cure it..

I was using a really narrow aluminum gasket. 0.5mm thick, but skinny. I haven't had any problems directly related to the more robust head gaskets and really there were other things going on with the narrow gasket in place... but I don't plan to use anymore of them still.

I offered my wife the spare 80cc engine or my 103cc out of my scooter, since I hit a snag on my redneck build. I'll be pulling the motor out of my scooter tuesday.... Got the body panels all removed and mostly painted. I can't find that light that goes in the middle just above the front tire. So I figured maybe a new mini LED spotlight.
