See, a lot of people say they don't get why we'd mess with scooters... but when that guy backed down he understood at least a little bit.  A built 2T has a way of doing that..... On anything! |

He's part salamander too, since he even grew his tail back. Ive got 4 sets of plastics for the scoot so that wasnt a problem. 190mech, since those pics we put on a stock new style exhaust that i worked on some  Other than the Hoca rear pulley and Hoca clutch bell this scoot is stock! |

I might have to start another thread for this scooter? My son helped me build it..
I bought it last summer as a wreck for $200. Front end was bent so bad i was afraid the frame might have gotten bent as well. After a new tree and shocks, different shortblock, and some wiring issues here it sits.

The pictures give a good comparison on how much lower SKeedr is than standard. Meaner too.
The big mistake you made is getting Paxton the same scooter. Now when he beats you wont be able to say he had superior machinery lol
Looing forward to seeing some video's of the two of you in action.

Put a V-Stack on. Looks a tad offset in the pic.? Still hasnt been ran tho  Going to make a couple other small changes first.   |

Looks great. Exactly how much compression does it take to require a car battery to crank?  All of it.... wow I swear to god that used to be my battery in my scooter if notmistaken lmfao can't believe I found it on here |

Skeedr has a new buddy to smoke with   I added a "diversion" tray under the fuel cell to keep any leaky fuel off the hot cylinder. Now if there is a leak, the fuel will pour away from the hotspots.  Put a filter on the V-stack.  This kinda defeats the purpose of a V-stack but it should still perform better than before.?  Took 7 ounces 16grams of weight off here and there. Some of that was the seat.  |

The weather has been finally looking and feeling like spring around here. My brother and sis and law came in for a visit yesterday It was GREAT to see them, really great to see my brother doing so well. We sat and talked for awhile and got all caught up, then it was time to go out to the shop for some serious scooter talk He hadn't even seen Snoopy yet so that was a shocker for him to see. He looked at a few other "newbies" to the shop since he had been around. We told some stories and kicked some kickers to have a listen, and smell that blessed 2T double stroke smell . He got real interested in a scoot I have for sale... After about 45min or so I noticed him looking around for something... I asked, "whats up?" He said "where is Skeedr?" . I replied "oh, he got the prime treatment over the winter and is sitting in the other garage... lets go get him out shall we?" We agreed that some fresh 87oct pump and the tried and true mix of Redline oil wouldn't be the best but would be good enough for a run... Although 87 is a bit low I mixed up some fuel anyhow. I mean shit, its been since October since ive heard this mean 95cc come to life. I spent about 15minutes dusting the thing off (shoulda put a cover on it last fall), filled the tank with fuel and watched it fill the carb bowl. "No leak, yes!" About 5-6 kicks later and Skeedr was sitting there pumpin away with a healthy idle as my brother and I smiled . I took Skeedr for a decent warm up putt and cleared the throat with a (almost too nasty) wheelie, then came back to the drive and killed it. See, my brother has seen and been around Skeedr since I bought him back in 08-09 but never rode the scoot that I remember..?. I know he has never riden it in "race gear"... Never the less, I always ask "wanna take it for a putt?" This time he blew me away when he said "yes" as he nodded his head. I think I was more excited and nervous than he was? You must know, my brother is nothing like me when it comes to engines, speed, wheelies, burnouts, etc.. He likes it all, but just never was into it like me. He works hard and plays guitar and sings like the pro he is.. Just not a gearhead you see?.. That being said, I nervously handed the reigns over to him as I explained the throttle is more like a lightswitch and it gets hot after about 5-10 min. Oh, and anything below say 15MPH and your gonna spin or wheelie if you nail it.. I think Skeedr gave my brother more of a rush than he,s seen in years!? Way better than any trash drug that's for sure!!! I thought he was gonna blow the head right off that thing lol! Or melt it down! He didn't want to get off. Never even went WOT but managed to spin and wheelie! Lol, I saw his wheelie. It lifted about 3 inches but to him it might as well have done a backflip!  It was a really good day all in all. Great to see my brother back. Made my heart warm to see him happy and riding a all out race scoot! Wish I got that on vid  |
