I'd try them all on each build,,The turbo kit would like the 70cc build better, but may still be a bit short..Keep us posted!!

The tires and bushings came in, I dropped the tires off at the shop so they could mount them for me. They have been busy at the shop, and have not touched the Zip frame. I hope they get going on it soon! I need to get the bushings installed in the motor mounts, but this cold snap has us busy as yell at work. I hope it warms up soon, I am ready to see if this thing will run.

I don't think it's that short. I calculated from the cone angles for the straight total length(without stinger, I never consider the stinger length) to be about 700-705mm. But it's still quite short, cylinder needs to breath well and top power would be around 12000. This would be a horrifying pipe for general scooting but for a racer maybe.
For a fast but driveable setup I would look for a pipe with a length of 780-800mm.

I am running the technigas on my 90 wth good success imo. Plenty of power all around. Not sure which one it is but when I bought it it was advertised as a 100cc pipe. Waay Hot Rod pipe! Head pipe 1.7 degree 1st stage diffuser 5.4 degree 2nd stage diffuser 7.9 degree spacer/belly Baffle cone 10.7 degree total pipe length 611mm (stinger not included) head pipe 31% (30-32% ideal) Headpipe/diffuser 70.5% (64-68% ideal) The Yasuni C21 has a total length of 689mm,This one is only 611mm!Very high RPM set up needed..For a 90cc+ build a spacer in the head pipe,or belly would be needed to get the tuned length in the much lower range of 10.500 to 11,000 RPM.. Well dang! I guess this pipe is also too much for the 70cc streetrace build? And the Malossi MHR race pipe is not a good choice for the 99cc build either. That leaves me with the Technigas next R pipe, and the technigas RSII (much larger pipe) I guess I need to get dimensions for them to you to see if either pipe is suitable for the 99cc build.

Good progress today! Got the new bushings installed, but not without a headache of course! The bushings were longer in the center area so I cut/ground some of it off. I pushed one in and found out they sent me 2 different brands of bushings, and one was slightly wider that the other. I ended up taking it back out and luckily it came out lots easier than the originals did. I had to chuck them up in a drill, and use a die grinder to turn both of them down a bit so they would fit right. The guys at the shop mounted the tires on the rims for me, but they could not get the beads to seat on the rims. In their defense they are low profile 12" tires. I had to show them how an old guy gets it done without breaking a sweat! We put the wheels on and then put the motor in the frame to take a look. The shock mount on this case set is much lower than the original motor, so the guys dug out a longer shock from their parts pile for me to use on it. They have found most of the plastics for the Zip finally, so hopefully there wont be much that I have to buy. Hopefully tomorrow they can plug in a few wires, and I can get the intake and carb installed. As soon as I find a suitable pipe, (hopefully one that I already have) I can see if this thing runs!

I have some Vento Zip plastics Oldgeek. They're faded and not too pretty but not broken up- good for paint. Let me know if you need any of these pieces. They're yours for the cost of shipping if interested.

Great! I will look to see if that is the one I need. I have been calling this scooter a vento zip, but I found out yesterday it may be a zip clone, its kinda hard to tell because it is in so many pieces!

I believe you must be right, the guy at the shop had one like Dave has, and he said the bolt holes need to be slanted. The body panel pictures that niz posted look to be identical to the ones on my scoot, but you never can tell until you try them.

There are very subtle diffs between the Vento Zip LS49 and all the other names.. I/we have owned a Zip and clones of the Zip. The front end might be different on the clones but is interchangeable. The bars and headset are a bit smaller on the clones, with a different ride height. Wheels and im sure some other diffs as well. But like i said, as far as i know most all the parts will swap right out. Close from a clone far from a Zip Zip clone (LS49) Vento Zip They are all great lil scoots but i dont like the engine mount
