Permatex #81150 would be the right stuff but there are other products also. That link tried to blow up my browser but I was able to copy/paste it into another one and make it work. That small nozzle to squeeze silicone grease into connector housings makes it easy to use. A brush or a big nozzle like a toothpaste tube just makes a mess. I suppose large nozzles and brushes work OK for car battery terminals but again the brushes are real bad about contamination.
Proboards just does nasty things with links, redirecting them through slightly sketchy websites for clickbait/advertising purposes that drives my browser setup crazy. There are a few other websites that do that but Proboards is the worst for it that I commonly deal with. Some websites just don't work at all but most of them have complete subscription paywalls. Commercialization of the internet has killed it. I guess they make money with advertising clicks or something. Even the little floating 'manuals-directory' links on the left side of my computer screen don't work unless I copy/paste and massage the links. At least I can see them, I have heard some users with phones can't see that content at all.
Even Amazon has gotten so big their websites are breaking under the load of all of those redirect traffic crap etc. I have a fast fiber-optic internet service. The traffic loads make websites useless for people far away from cities. Can you imagine using a dial-up connection? I have a friend that has to drive about 45 miles into town to use my internet service just to use Amazon. The US is so big, with people spread out over vast distances, because most of it was developed with cars, that internet is poor here. Outside of older east/west coast cities public transportation is very poor to non-existent also.

Pay-per-click websites are and have been one of the biggest frauds the web has ever hosted. Yes, some of them actually work. Mostly they sell this money sucking drain to smaller companies with the assurance that they will "increase your web traffic, and if we don't with Our Pay-per -Click, you don't pay for it". "We also check your site for connection speed to be sure it is working fine". The small company will never know how many times per minute 'they' check the site for speed and each check shows up on their bill as a 'click'. When the small company asks why with all the clicks and no business increase, the answer is "Maybe you need to have your site analyzed for customer preferrencea or price structure with your competitors". And, somehoe, they just happen to have a friend company that can do that. For a small fee of course. Of course no internet business would lie to another business, that's just for customers.

Outside of older east/west coast cities public transportation is very poor to non-existent also. You need to be in desktop mode when browsing on mobile to see add-ons like that menu. Could be something I’m missing with code or just proboards. They’ve talked about a new version designed with mobile in mind for years, but haven’t delivered. There is Starlink for remote locations in need of fast internet, but it’s not cheap. A friend has installed it for some people and says it fast without a lot of latency. I would have figured it couldn’t do gaming well, but he says it works fine even for that. It seems more and more is moving toward wireless internet, but I’m out here with 1-2 bars on the phone so I think that’ll be a while for many of us.

My friend is way to cheap, -er stingy to use an expensive option like Starlink. He normally uses a phone and IMHO phones suck at the internet. I don't use wireless, everything in my house is hardwired. I have two computers, a smart TV (I don't use), and a NAS for files.
Two years ago when I had a flip-phone I was lucky to get 1 bar and in the wintertime I can see the cell tower from my house. It is only 2 blocks away and up high. In the years before that I could not get service in my whole house and neither could anyone else. Now people seem to get OK service upstairs in my house.

It is an 8-track fool... LOL
Hmmm, I think I still have an 8-track around here. I do remember seeing a couple VCRs yesterday and a Z-100. when I was looking for my electric chainsaw. I think I loaned the chainsaw out. At least I have a dozen chains for it if the bar isn't worn out. -If I can find them. I did find one of my two weed-eaters on top of my scooter which was beside my riding lawnmower. The battery maintainer is still going. I may get to see if the lawnmower starts tomorrow after I get some fresh gas. I know the blade needs sharpening and some parts need grease. There is always something that needs done before you can do something else.

I rode my scooter from St Pete Florida to Eufaula Alabama. 375 miles one way. This little mamma's boy went back to see momma! Haven't seen her in a few years, and I had the time so I wanted to see if my Kymco People GT 300i would make the trip. EASY PEASY! Did an oil change before the trip and cleaned/inspected the CVT to make sure nothing was crazy. Then as I'm packing up to leave I look at my gas can and realize this scooter only has a 1.5 gallon tank, giving me right around 100 miles to the tank. Luckily I took it, I ran out in the middle of nowhere! The scoot did good, 70-85 was easy, rpms were 6200-7000 the whole way. This scoot loved the trip and wants more now! And this seat is a couch, I had zero butt pain for the whole trip! I would have enjoyed a windshield, though. Here's the scoot loaded up. Cargo box is packed full and I strapped the backpack for better comfort. in 2012 I pedaled a bicycle from Clearwater to northern Michigan, and I had set up camp behind this train. I stopped here because my muffler silencer blew out on the highway and the trim piece was hanging off. Stopped on a side road to pee, moved this turtle from the middle to the side. I forgot about the red clay in the south! WTF Georgia sign, almost missed it! Couldn't find the Alabama sign. Here's the route map And some stats After this trip, I believe I'll be doing more trips in the future! I'd like to ride to the space coast and watch a rocket launch.

Tonight it was out with the heli coil set, fit new risers and mirrors I had hanging around. Previous owner had bodged some old ones on and I had to keep adjusting them. The new ones give me great visibility behind and I don't have to loose concentration by adjusting them and not looking ahead for a couple of seconds which is all it takes sometimes for crap to happen.

New ignition lock fitted and connectors compatible for once, about 3 metres of god knows what wires. Only thing left to cure is a indicator not illuminated, most likely bad earth as one of the wires removed had been bodged fitted to it. Next job new fuel tank put petrol in and see if sender unit leak later. New sender unit is £140 I think and complete tank with everything attached and supposedly tested £40 including next day delivery with return if not up to the job.

Permatex aviation form a gasket #80019 to the rescue! May be available at a local auto parts store even in the UK. Probably called Permanamatyubertex over on your side of the pond since it was probably invented over there. About $10 for a 4 oz tub of #3 liquid with a brush in cap. May even be available in smaller tubes etc. but the #80019 resides as a valuable addition to shop supplies in my shop and a can lasts 20-30 years. It is the only sealant I know will stand up to fuels.

What I need is for it to be spread around the crack between the resin and the plastic casing on mine FrankenMech not on the joining face. Would he work like that or would I need a form of epoxy?
