Hello, ill be posting up different parts and results on this.
So far the parts I have accumulated are on this list.
Italkit triple port cylinder 12mm wrist pin ( no idea about this kit. Should be interesting)
Yasuni c16.
Ncy inner rotor.
Dellorto 21mm open venturi.104 main, 42 pilot. W7 neelde 3rd from the top.
Malossi overrange. 3.8 weights. Red rear spring, angles at the leanest.
Stage 6 hpc crank. New athena seals.
Some parts are on hold from fourth of july.
What I plan on doing is some carter tuning to bring the most out of cylinder and pipe combination.
Any Insight on this cylinder? Part#ck.68.746.g

Yeah, i like the setup! The italkit cylinders come in a few flavours. The oval exhaustport version, the 43mm stroker version and the one you have with the triple exhaust ports. They share the shell with the Polini Evo cylinders (both made at the Gilardoni plant). The Italkit and Evo cylinders are, apart from the port sizes and shapes exactly the same. You can probably even use the Polini Evo domes in the Italkit heads. Your Italkit uses a modular head right? Anyway, they should be fairly quick, i think the C16 matches up perfectly. After porting it you could even use the Yasuni c20. edit: just read the article on tuning matters... i discovered there they say exactly the same as i did about the italkit-polini-gilardoni products

I was thinking of cleaning up the ports as best as I could, especially the exhaust ports. And trenching the case. Im hoping with the new waterpump this will show to be a nice powerful setup, while staying cool in floridas temperatures. So far with the current cylinder (and mechanical waterpump) cruising temperatures are 77c, which isnt bad but hopefully this little waterpump pushes enough. These are the specs of one of the pumps, Output: 10L/min (2.4 gallon/min) Pressure: 3.5M @12vcurrent: 2A @12vintake: 15.5mm Dia.Outlet: 12.0mm Dia. You need to keep temps at around 60 degrees at all times and engine loads/revs! So you might want to swap the stock zuma radiator with a 65/85cc MX unit. It's all trial and error, but you will figure out along the way

I'm really curious about that Ncy innerrotor. How does the advance curve look like? Can you still use the electrical system, does the stator has a lighting coil and whats the output?

The stator has enough power to run each electrical with no issue without a battery, I am not sure what the advance is on my setup as I don't have a timing light. I simply marked the stock ignition and advanced it three degrees, brent has a full write up. I believe he found a very similar rotor kit but with more coil wire then then the ncy
