Yes i'm sure. Air and fuel restrictions are resolved Seems Mufler restriction. Or other restrictions If i make wot downhill she goes crazy to 80km/h Seems like some restrictor in the exaust. Because it screams like hell and i feel that it has power till 60Km/h and there is something that doesn't let it continue making topspeed unless i go downhill. But just to make sure i am going to buy one or two jet sizes up . and put the needle in 1st position from top to lean it a bit. And see the diference. If it continues. I'll change muffler to see if it changes for good.
Can it be the cdi restricted?
Tomorow i am going to open trans casket to see if there is something wrong. And see how's the belt. I

Sure the float height is right and the lines and filter are clear etc...? 56 to 110 is a massive leap in jet size to still act similar. 3/4 - WOT usually would be a main jet issue, but check the rest over first. I also put a direct air filter. Can it be because of that?

Open filter would require a large jet. If the CDI were rev limited I'd expect that it wouldn't speed up on a hill either and/or it may go faster with heavier rollers that keep revs lower. Maybe it's revving too high and just doesn't make power at that speed? Any idea of revs?

At 80 downhill she really screams. It doesn't have a rev counter How can i put a rev counter in it? Heavy rollers? 5grs? Or more?

So i got tired of that 50cc engine. And bought a piaggio hexagon 150cc for 200€ working. And i am going to mount the 150cc motor in the zip frame.
Later today ill put photos of the 2 scooters.

That fifty can be made to do much higher speed and power yhatn the 150 .if I recall your model is the one with the extremely large torque driver that gt acquired from me.
Seriously piaggio engines have huge popotential in the 70cc department. Save yourself the time of. switching parts.

You say 50cc 2T are fasters than 150cc 2T. a piaggio hexagon stockmakes 140km/h and she is twice the weight of the zip. zip stock without coil restriction make 70-75Km/h and the investment to make 140Km/h is huge. and not much reliable in everyday use. and like i ride everiday and this scoot was a good price. less 50€ that a good 70cc kit and i bought the entire scoot. i think that with the 150 i have a good base to start a rocket scoot. and now the goodies: Photos! Ahh a 150 two stroker. Then youd have the 172 bore kit as an option correct?

That looks like the same Minarelli (50cc) that I have sitting on the floor here. No bearing support in the CVT cover for clutch? Mine came out of an SMC scooter. The only info I could find on it was from the UK. Are you in the UK? Is that a good Minarelli? Just curious...

This I gotta see. I was thinking of doing this to my Baccio for a while. And yes I meant to look for a 2t 150cc not a 4t.

I am in Portugal

Going to see consumption; power and top speed. And search material options and power to spend the less money and get the most power.
