I see you already have 1 pic posted, but here's more image posting help if needed : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/7984What are the symptoms when it slows to 20KPH? Does it bog, sputter, make any strange noises, etc...? More details may help someone diagnose the issue better.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
The 20km/h stall is resolv. Sparkplug burned. Later ill put a photo in here. And auto mixture not suficient. and the oil deposit was leaking. Puted manually in the gas tank and its resolved. Allready making 60km/h but its failing in hi rev when motor is warm in cold works fine. i am thinking its stator or coil problem.
What do you guys think?

The scooter is all stock. Going to see if its restricted. In the cdi it is. Thats for sure. In the variator dont know and in mufler its restricted by cat and dont know if it is in the flange.
Does anyone know if there is a transmission longer for this scooter?

Possibly the main jet is too small, which would be made a little worse by mixing oil in with the gas. You could try tightening the gap up to see if the high RPM performance improves.

Like i dont know how the scooter was treated by the previous owner. And just found out that it has no air filter in the original box. Going to take the box out and put a racing filter. And take the carburator apart and clean it and tune it.
Wat mods do you guys think i should do for beggining Thanks 90gtvert.

You will need to rejet the carb with a pod or open filter.

Going for a open air filter. And jet change in the carb. And open inlet air restritions.

Hi guys. Just changed the air filter. To a hiflow 28mm air filter. with max idle mixture the idle is ok Tomorow i'm going to take the carb of to clean it. And change the jets. I think the carbe is a 14 from dellorto. Now i dont know what jets should i put. It bogs if i acell more than a 1/4 trottle.
Also bought today a 3 colors clutch spring kit from topracing and a 5 grs roller kit. Now i am in doubt if i should change variator spring too. Also saw that the original mufler is restricted with a solded fake pipe. And i think that it has vario and clutch and carb restrictions.

One thing at a time for the tuning. If you try to do the CVT and carb at the same time it can get difficult to tell what's doing what so dial in the carb first. Not sure what to tell you on jet size, but whatever is in it now I'd go up 10% or more. If the bog is a clean smooth sound it's lean and if it is a sputtering bog it's rich.

Of course. First carb tuning. Then gearbox tuning and next cvt tuning.
My carb is a dellorto 17.5 comes stock in scooter 56 & 32 jets and the needle was in top posicion(5) original Just found a 110 that i replaced for the 56 and put the needle in 4 from top to bottom. But it still boggs from 3/4 to WOT think its not enough gas. Because it seems lean.
Do you think i should go up on jet? Because i have just one position that is max needle open.

Sure the float height is right and the lines and filter are clear etc...? 56 to 110 is a massive leap in jet size to still act similar. 3/4 - WOT usually would be a main jet issue, but check the rest over first.
