As of now, i think the 21mm Dello performs just as well as my 28mm flatslide. But i dont have the 28 tuned all the way yet either. I might be at the edge with my Sport/street top-end?
I agree with Brent, if its not gonna see over 10-11,000 a 21mm is great! I love my lil Dello

I like all the upgrades. Looks good. Did you add an aftermarket speedometer or have you given up on going the speed limit since the 90cc? ;D

No, not given up on the speedo. Can't figure out what speedo I want to buy just yet. I have seen a lot of nice ones on the net. I really like the stage 6 speedos, but don't know if they only read in klms or both mphs and klms. Guess I just need to email them a question about it. I will be ordering my aftermarket handle bars and riser next friday. Also my under rear fender cover and hopefully my speedo from sip-scooters once I find out about mph question. Also should a 70cc pipe work on my 90cc engine or should I buy a 90cc-100cc pipe? Man the cops here must not care about scooters hauling ass. Because I fly past cops all the time, and Ive got to be running at least 55 to 60 and they don't even bat an eye at me ;D

Sounds like it's gonna be a really badass ride when you "finish" it.
Get a 90-100cc exhaust IMO. The 70cc pipes can work, but there is a risk for overheating in some cases and my 90-100cc pipes definitely outperform the 70cc pipes on my big motors.
Up to you, but I'd slow down when you see cops if I were you. I have put a ton of miles on "50cc" scoots that go well over the scooter speed limit. I have had cops pass me at 50-60MPH and never slow down. I have had a couple actually flash their brake lights at me and one flipped on the siren for a split second after he passed me. I think a lot of officers are probably happier not writing tickets to scooters or don't care, but some might. I have been paced by cops before when I was going slower too luckily. It only takes one run in with a cop that does care or is in a bad mood to ruin a good thing. I sure don't go the scooter speed limit, or even the car speed limit half the time, so I ain't preachin' here... just be aware of the laws and consequences before you fly past too many of 'em.

I would get a 100cc pipe.. And as for flying by the cops, as Brent said it may seem or feel cool for now but if your state has scooter/moped laws you are breaking its a matter of time before you run across 'that cop'. I did and went to jail for 43 in a 40

Nice speedo I found at wal-mart for $11.99 It show's mph, odo, max speed, trip, timer, and a clock. It sets up just like the sigma speedo. Attachments:

Looks nice. I hope it works better than the old Schwinn models. Myself and a friend both had 'em on midbikes years ago and after a certain speed (about 47-48MPH for us) they started counting backwards.
