You'd have to cut them to fit or buy new ones from somewhere else... I have a stock reed cage that's all yours for the taking But 190mech has me wanting bigger holes now! UGH! I need some vodka.

lol. You'd have to build an intake like he has pictured. Or modify the cases somehow to accept a bigger reed block- or you could get the v-force reeds... lmao

There seems to be room to spare with this reed block really. I could see a mm or two wider block to hold these reeds. I'm just confused as to why the hell yours are different from the website. The Hoca says it fits the 40QMB. I'm sure as hell not about to start grinding at my intake lol.

Just look at the dimensions they have in the description for the 40qmb reed petals... 26mm. That's wrong. They're selling the wrong size. 40qmb stock hole spacing is only 16mm... I bought mine months ago and somehow got the correct one back then. i feel like I'm repeating myself now lol. Don't buy those. buy them from somewhere else that actually fit.

But the specs they give are for the thickness of the reeds, not the width of each petal I think. I'm going to write PFS I think and tell them the reeds aren't the same size and ask them to measure out what they have. I'll send them the pics I have.

</div>I get that. I asked them for the measurements of the stock one they have and told them I have pics to show them of what I'm looking at. I'll wait for their response. I want to know the size of the stock petals. This is getting all mixed up here.

so what $9 dollars.... how much for shipping? I have those reeds already. You saw the pics, right? My issue isn't with the $9 (I ordered them with other things so I didn't pay shipping just for those) my issue is with ordering a reed valve block and being stuck not being able to use the fiberglass reeds I have now or having to spend $40 to be able to use fiberglass reeds but with an intake I can't use.

Sorry I got you....Niz did offer you a new reed cage.. I thought carbon fiber reeds were only needed for high rpm builds. I'll have to read up on them again. I know where you can get a standard replacement reeds and cage for $20 with free shipping.

But I'm still stuck without a cage to fit the reeds I already have, or I have to find a cage with larger holes. Basically I'm having a hard time finding matching pieces. They either sell the cage alone, the cage with the metal reeds or the fiber reeds separate. Unless I want to spend $70+ at ScooterTunning, I can't find anything but the Hoca that comes with the larger intake.

I'm sure their in there somewhere..... Honestly I wouldn't even know what a reed valve was in that scenario. In all seriousness, I think this may work for what I'm looking to do.
