FINALLY!!! Got the motor mounts & shock mount fitted. Being that this frame was probably a1/2" out of square to start with and every time I tried straightening something it would through the other end of even further, it's fitted. It had been a nightmare. I know I've gotten a few dozen more gray hairs from this, but the experience & knowledge I've gained is invaluable.

All in all it came out quite a bit lower to the ground than expected, but it runs straight & doing a tilt test every thing clears. Now for the tedious part of finish the welding placing all the components and re-rigging. I'm way past the time I thought it would take but that just falls under learning by trial & error.

Got the motor mounts welded out and stiffeners in. Had to mod the connecting mount slightly. The lil HF welder does ok, it could be a little hotter. Haven't really messed with it too much. Just set it on high and run the wire about 4.5 to 4.75. It has a really cold start which sucks especially for tacking. But it's getting the job done. If it wasn't something structural as a scooter frame it would probably be fine. Guess I'm gone find out here shortly when I get the Cannonball on the rode. My definition of breaking something in is f#©k¡Ng max it out. If something breaks well it needed to be replaced anyways. Go Big Or For The Sake Of The Rest Of Us Stay Home!

It's following the original frame line where it gets wide at the to bend. I'm not liking it the more & more I look at it. Think I'm gonna cut out the upper elbows and rotate them to give me a more flowing line.
