fuck this im tired of wasteing my time dealing with this fucking post on this useless ass forum trying to get answers out of you stuck up elitist cock suckers im junking my scooter becuase of you asswipes wont even tell me how to replace the kick start and i am to poor to pay anyone to do it for me i doubt you fucks will even read this Actually, there's a video in the Technical section right here. From what I saw, you were focused on the cylinder though. To be honest, just because you have a 63cc piston, it doesn't mean the crank would put up with the stress. An 80cc kit isn't much of an upgrade from 63cc so it should be ok, I just wouldn't push the RPM's up too high. 9k max just to save the engine from blowing up on you. There's a lot to doing what you're asking though. Pictures and videos always help when troubleshooting. Also when one person tells you the same thing or multiple people are telling you the same thing over and over, it means there's a reason behind it. There really isn't a reason to make a post like this though. Patience is something you have to have with these things. If you're stuck in a bind or your funds aren't enough to jump out and do everything everyone tells you, most of us would understand that more than you think. Right now my entire upgrade project for both my scoots has been going to my credit cards because I have been impatient. I've collected a slew of parts for both of my scooters and have yet to do the major work, other than my exhaust. Calm down, take a deep breath and do some research before you start pointing fingers and names. There really is a ton of information here you can find and learn on your own in the technical section. If it's not here, I can bet you can find a YouTube video somewhere. I also had to re-install my kick-starter and got stuck. I did a quick search, found one video and in 15 minutes I was back up and running. Take it easy man, we're here to help when we can. Maybe see if someone lives in your area? There's multiple forums, this one if you ask me happens to be one of the most enthusiastic ones I've seen.

Really? Looks like you just mentioned your kickstart briefly in a post nearly two months ago. You didn't even ask for help with your kickstart. From what I see in your thread- when you ask a question a members helps out and answers it for you. There's a ton of info here available to you but sometimes you need to take the initiative and do a little research don't ya think? Don't get me wrong- there's an upstanding member base here and we'll be happy to spoon feed you but there's no reason to post something like this. No reason at all. I just typed in "how to change a kickstart on scooter" into google and pages upon pages of info and videos. The very first result is a very thorough video made by our own 90GTVert whose forum you just totally disrespected by putting that post up. I'm not going to link to it for you....

Stuff happens. Get over it. So yeah, now two of us gave you videos. Trust me it's a pain in the ass. You'll need a good pair of C-Clip pliers, a rubber mallet, whatever tool to remove the kickstart lever (allen wrench, 10 or 8mm socket) and if you have some grease near by to apply to the new gear and such. 90GTVert shows how he uses vice-grips to wind the spring back, I don't recall having to do that to mine, I guess it depends on how your gear sits? But watch his video a few times, take your time and smoke a cig if you need. Oh and be nice to Niz, he's good people. He just is being protective over this place because it's been a 2nd home to him and he's kind of become a brother to some of us as well.

Calm down big guy, don't take it personal. Even though it was sort of personal and all. I've been in his shoes many times on forums. Sometimes you get people who give you ten different directions to go in and you get overwhelmed. We've all been there. You should have seen me on the KIA forums. Holy mother of Jesus you want to talk about frustrated? I was up to quotes of $1,200 to rebuild my transmission when it was only a $35 sensor that I ended up replacing myself. I had guys telling me to do everything from an oil flush to pouring sawdust into the transmission and sell the car ASAP lol.

well i got it to start the scooter but now its makeing a noise like metal is grinding metal Did you start it with the kickstart or electric? Is it a 2 stroke or 4 stroke? If it's a 4 stroke, take the CVT cover off and make sure the bendix drive (that's the gear that jumps out to engage the flywheel or in our case the variator) for the starter to turn the engine over. If it's not installed right or not aligned in the CVT cover, it can grind against that variator wheel. If it's a 2 stroke, double check your kick start assembly. The idle gear (that's what pops out from the CVT and grips the kickstart pawl on the variator/shaft.

started it with the kick start its a 4 stroke and at this point im fed up; ant just gonna take it to a real mehcanic like i should have in the first dam place i am 17 year old boy that wasted his time with some diy fantisy and now i just want to ride my fucking scooter agen so fuck it
