Working on them isn't for everyone. You have to have patience or you will go nuts with any repairs really, but especially Chinese scooters. A lot of us are used to the work and still have to walk away at times. If you don't like it or find it that frustrating, a mechanic is probably the best bet. Try and find reviews of local shops before you take it somewhere. I've read some real ripoffs or at least unqualified shops putting people through the wringer from forum members over the years, and others have great experiences so it's worth a little effort to try and find reviews IMO. Good luck with it.

started it with the kick start its a 4 stroke and at this point im fed up; ant just gonna take it to a real mehcanic like i should have in the first dam place i am 17 year old boy that wasted his time with some diy fantisy and now i just want to ride my fucking scooter agen so fuck it Well if you have that option then go for it. If you don't have the time or patience for these things, then it's best to bring it to someone who does. Good luck!

Well you have more than some people as for technology. Use it to your advantage. Take a vid of you putting it together, check in later tonight and I'm sure someone will have an answer for ya. I'm still kind of new myself so I don't want to assume or jump in with advice on it just yet. I barely put mine back together when I did and I hardly use the kickstart on either of my scoots.
Worse case, if your electric start works fine, you can always leave the kickstart assembly out temporarily till you figure out how to get it together just so you can ride the thing. I know the feeling of not being able to ride it.
And yeah I love the look of the rukus clones really. More and more I want to trade all my stuff in for one. Don't get rid of that thing, they are some of the best bikes to ride and mod.

yep i love how the body style is minimalist with the plastic and lets the engine show in all its glory plus i got lucky and got one with a 63cc engine atleast thats what every one tells me the 1p39qmb means. il let you know that if type in tpgs 824 in bing and look through the links you will find a site that sells the 2013 for 1k

Yeah, that wiring can be a bear to chase down. Huh, odd. I'm not too sure that's the engine you have though. The "P" in that code typically stands for Horizontal design, not the bore/piston size. That was a fluke from years ago. Brent 90GTVert and several others have quashed that in several posts on here.
