ive also found a connetcter for the solanodie thats missing a plastic peace on one side and the plug for my cdi has 6 pins but ownly 5 wires An exposed wire on the solenoid is a direct wire from the battery itself. Though I don't believe the solenoid on my VX50 has any covers on the connectors/posts, but the wires are at least an inch from the frame. Check to see if there's any black/burn marks around the wires of the solenoid. When the regulator fries, do you smell burning plastic elsewhere? Burning wires are pretty easy to find, especially after you've shorted/arced them a few times like you say you have. Maybe take the solenoid out and isolate it from the frame. I know you're going through regulators like crazy, are you sure you're getting the right ones? Just a question, not all are the same sadly. As for the kick start, 90GTVert video is pretty spot on even with that plastic ring missing. So practice maybe and see what you're doing wrong or missing. Inspect the parts, the kickstart gear (half moon) and the idle gear (part that the gear moves out) should all be solid in position and nothing should pop out on its own while holding the cover in your hands. Try looking for a wiring diagram. Look up Honda Rukus, Icebear Mad dog or your model Peace Motors TGPS 824. Something has to pop up somewhere, it's the internet for the love of god lol. PS. One last ditch effort to find a short/arc in wire. Remove any panels/covers/plastics/guards from the scoot. Wait till it's really dark out and try to crank it up, once you get the kickstart assembled that is. This isn't easy but it's also a way to spot a bad short. Crank it and look along the wiring for sparks/flashes. It's a last resort test but it works. It's also a good way to check for arcs while it's running too, we used to do that with cars when we had a misfire on a cylinder.

Your video posts were good so far, but take some pics of what you find. The rectifier connections, the CDI and connectors and so forth.

after thinking bout it for a while the when the smoke was comeing of the voltage regulater its was always between the red and white wire on the male plug i wonder what that could mean. also im going to have the kickstart fixed by a real mechanic but the wireing will be done by me

also now that i remember it this problem started after i had to replace the auto choke due to the needle broke but the the plug from the old one was spliced into the new one and duck taped over also the solanod was falling out of the rubber slot and could have touched the frame where the wires conected

One of those should be to batt (red) and other to stator (white). Maybe there's a short in one of those systems? Because you've had issues with e-start and with enricher install it could be on either side. If you have a multimeter, see if you get continuity with ground on the red wire or white (disconnect the battery, put one probe on the wire to test, one to a good ground engine/frame/ground wire and set the meter to Ω). Hopefully not. If so you need to figure out where exactly the short is. Look for anything you already suspect and then you can start disconnecting things and seeing if the continuity ceases. If you unlplug the enricher and suddenly there's no continuity with ground shown on your meter, the enricher or wiring is faulty.

so if i reading this right i need to test the red and white wires on that go to the voltage reg to a ground to find out if theres continuity if so leave the probs on and start unpluging things till theres no continity then the problem is the wires or the part they atach to

also seing how the plug the gose in to the voltage reg was melted so bad im gonna have 4 seprate conectors from now on they will be coverd in in heat shrink to prevent spark jumps
