I broke my knee riding trials and got bored. Thats about all i'm going to explain as to why. This isn't slow, it's already 82cc ![](https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-BXsbK3Juf64/WkMV_0DAS4I/AAAAAAAAQC8/dsk5Oq4YZWwfZ4usUqdQ6yQ9O_dvCGQ4wCKgBGAs/s1600/DSC_0003_1.JPG) But I want more. Que this picture I found on the net. ![](https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Y6R4fpOItVA/WkNJ1-aCE7I/AAAAAAAAQEU/L6kab6B6nbQUU1_RCiPvSGayR7AjqNitQCLcBGAs/s1600/20229329_157678398115945_4585885637004480920_n.jpg) ![](https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ck62eNILx0E/WkNJ1-56dKI/AAAAAAAAQEQ/D6jIN_vwPjA9Bz0ZOALjUKiAzDXhNeFTACLcBGAs/s1600/18678824_120300003922574679_90070888_n.jpg) So im not the first, but probably the first around here. Those are 2 different builds, one using the minarelli base, and one using the piaggio, but who knows if they ever ran. But im a machinist, so I don't let that discourage me. So I dragged my old early AF18E small crank out of the shed and ordered the last R/T95 kit from ScooterTuning ![](https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-D7XBkGhMbpo/WkNLZ1JGQ2I/AAAAAAAAQEg/E_xcY_NiBWwewrubxup5d1x9bt0U-N-9QCKgBGAs/s1600/20171223_134447.jpg) So the first thing is the cylinder skirt does not fit exactly. You could easily take it out with a dremel but I have a mill, so I bored it. ![](https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1C5loQVHgb8/WkNLZ1ES4_I/AAAAAAAAQEg/qlbDtDPu6bICmBbDdh_9n7Nav--EgLAxwCKgBGAs/s1600/20171226_161321.jpg) And the bolt spacing needed to be opened out from the Minarelli 50mm spacing to the 47mm of the Honda. I also had to open up the counterbores a tad. ![](https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GHraB-tZbPc/WkNLZ9I7NnI/AAAAAAAAQEg/HVzrZMUQJywlzd8mu1V2Z2JrDhNb1z6lACKgBGAs/s1600/20171226_174518.jpg) Now it all fit, but the kit comes with M7 TSHCS I was going to leave it m6 but I decided to tap the cases out to M7, however it could probably just be left M6.

I think they are classified as deep groove, which gives some side load capability.

TWH Still makes one as well, sans oil pump drive. 44mm, looks allright ![](https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CZbJjDaGRSc/WkF0caSR9PI/AAAAAAAAP18/orgP4BnnUogI3I3Dbm_WC4G6RlSucKxJwCLcBGAs/s1600/25498473_1536004223162002_2786933690759002567_n.jpg)

GET Motor would have used electric lift pump, probably easier.
But he could have used a Dio pulse pump.

Here in Canuckistan the OEM NTN jobbers are about $24.00 each from a local shop. Im more interested in the aftermarket hybrid or ceramics out there, even the plastic cage bearings.
Also because they are basically a modified 6304 and not a standard off the shelf size, they probably do cost more.

More juicy holiday cheer from the parts catalogue. So I have to do a R/R on a Piaggio engine and ordered some bearings. when I got them in my hand I thought wow, those things look a ton like Honda OEM. And they are. Measured with micrometers, they are identical. 20mm ID 52 OD 12mm wide. So you can get Stage 6 which are a nice quality SKF bearing, or you can get their delrin cage bearings for low drag, or Malossi or Polini. Or even ceramic for our old Honda motors. Happy parts swapping my 2 and 3 wheeled friends. ![](https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fkCQz1MY_uk/Wj7GxNV5o_I/AAAAAAAAP04/EyyTFv3iKKg3fa8V9tFomUPGCK_Lt5PHACKgBGAs/s1600/20171223_130403.jpg)

Its gotta be pretty hot, I have an electric space heater and a electric heat gun I lay the cases on the heater and leave it for 10-20 minutes then use the heat gun.
I have to pick the cases up with welding gloves. I don't even freeze the crank.
I forget what the actual growth is but it is around 0.00001 per degree for aluminum if you wanna actually measure and figure out what temperature you actually need to hit (plus probably a 15% margin of error)

Yeah you need a 12mm rod small end (17mm actual diameter)... but then 17hp(potentially). So theres that.

The only other hitch is what size wrist pin do your scoots have?

Yeah if they share the headgasket spacing, there is your answer, I know the Speedfight 1/2 is 47mm and the Dio. So if the Gyro is the same as Dio, Boom.
The speedfight 3/4 should be the same... but it's unconfirmed. but it would also probably work.
I just put 2 of those liquid cylinders on my Spreedio

Bummer.
That happens to me a lot on American websites. Shipping on the site is not the same as what they charge. I feel your pain.
