I would first establish spark from the spark plug. The easiest way to do this is to disconnect the key switch from the harness. By doing this you are eliminating an issue with the switch. You will have to use the kick starter or "jump" the solenoid to turn the engine over. The key switch "shorts" the ignition to ground and kills the engine when the key is in the off position. When the key is in the on position it opens that circuit(removed ignition to ground connection and you will have spark and the engine will run.
If there is also a run/stop switch, also remove that connection. The same rules apply to what I describe above.
By doing both these thing you eliminate the key & run/kill switch as a problem.
Once you get spark and the engine running, then you can reconnect one thing at a time to rule out the switches are an issue.

In this video you have the run/stop switch on the right handle grip in the stop or off position. It should not start with that switch in the OFF position. Billy

Electrical problems are the hardest to trouble shoot. So with that in mind, the more you eliminate from the circuit the easier it is to solve the problem. Here is what your engine needs for spark. You can eliminate the rest of the wires on the scooter, as long as you whats shown in the picture, you will have spark. The wire that's in the upper left corner, saying "kill switch/to ground to kill". Thats what kills the spark. So when I suggest to disconnect this, and this This will eliminate the connections to the "kill" wire on the CDI which if left disconnect will give you spark to the plug. Now if you have done both of this and you still have no spark, there are a couple things left with the ignition circuit. The exciter coil or pickup on the stator(not starter)could be bad This part(located under the flywheel). There is a method to test the stator here on this site. Other problems could be a broken wires, bad connector/plug, missing ground connections. I chose getting spark first because if you have that and when you reconnect the kill switch and still have spark in the run position and no spark in the off position, you know theswitch works. Also if you reconnect the ignition switch and you have spark in the run position and no spark in the off position, you know the key switch is working too. There is a method to my madness. Once you have spark then you can trouble shoot the starter circuit.

Billy vimeo.com/189711101I got it started how everything the push start doesn't work only bridge of solenoid. Kick start lights up the light on the cold start it only kicks after I start it with the bridge if I let it sit the light only flashes in a kick
