Ya know, I've always liked Floyd's threads. It's like a good suspense movie; There's always a twist you don't see coming! My scooter is getting spark but not cranking. I couldn't solder so I crimp wires together to the cdi. Video here youtu.be/c65B9iFsOPk

Also it comes on with a loud shrieking noise youtu.be/7fClHJmJ6HM

You only need 4 things to run an engine; a properly timed spark, compression, air, and fuel (in the proper proportion). We now know you have spark, a timing light would determine if it was near TDC. You still need compression and air/fuel mix.
I notice you don't have a fan shroud around the engine. Have you been running it without the shroud?

My scoot has been down because of the starter fastner . I have finnaly gotten the fastner out. Ran into the spark problem fixed that . I know I have compression due to the finger over hole trick. Fuel is getting to it because carb was full of fuel when I cleaned it today. What is happening is it cranks for at least 30 seconds then try's to turn over . It only turned over once today n it idled for 3 secs only because I gave it throttle .after the release it died .

Sounds like carb adjustments are needed.
Turn the idle fuel adjustment all the way in gently, and then turn it back out 2 turns.
Set your throttle cable screw to contact the casting and then three turns more.
That should get you in the ballpark unless someone else has better ideas.

Google is your friend: cast·ing ˈkastiNG/ noun noun: casting; plural noun: castings an object made by pouring molten metal or other material into a mold.
The cast aluminum part of the carb body. If your idle speed screw does not hit the casting it has to hit something, a point which is sometimes also called the throttle stop. You can use that instead.

I suggest learning how to kick start without breaking the lever.. you arnt actually kicking it are you? You should be able to set your foot on the lever and just push down to start if you are actually kicking you will break any lever you buy.
