No,your compression is going to go up. A 49cc head is 5+-cc. To figure compression, 49cc÷ by 5cc=9.8 74cc÷5cc = 14.8 compression. Oh, and if you can, watch 90vert' how to port and polish a head. Its worth it if you can do it

First, is it a real keihin? If there is any doubt check out human shields thread on fake carbs. And now, is there gas getting to the carb,is spark plug wet. Is fuse good, run switch on, is plug sparking.

Welcome to the worlds best scooter forum. I'm in St Charles Missouri and have two tao taos and a 150cc. My tao taos have been a challenge, however now they're running great.

There are manuel,pull/push, choke cables available. But in my opinion, put a auto enricher back on, also watch the videos on testing them.

Ok,I would check the stator out put. Look for any wires rubbed, grounded. Led lights? They are connected to the battery, dc right? And in my experience, the little round plastic things under the light bulbs disintegrate and wreak havoc.

I have repeatedly drilled around the perimeter, CAREFULLY, until I could weaken it enough to pry it off. That chicken scooter store out of tawion sells titanium nuts.

My opinion would be to use reverse drill bits. As they drill, they apply heat and pressure counter clockwise. You can find them at auto parts stores.

One can Google, title company, and some lawyers in different states can get you a title from that state. Example, title kings in Florida. I might have to go this route for my 150cc.
