Listen man @mattysalimz i dont think nobody hates anyone, but 2stroke scooter tunning here in EU is far more advanced then yours .... but you guys have nice 4strokes, thats not the point tho dont say it like that. Also yea most of them just want him to max it out which costs a lot of money and a LOT MORE knowledge. Also i dont feel called out but this other guy saying someone making fun of that exhaust ? Are u kidding me dude that exhaust is literally for a stock 50cc cylinder its just so weak, with so little money he can get a midrace exahust will give him double power and will drive it everyday without any problems. That exhaust is a joke dont @ me, just facts and knowledge.

Today i did carb and transmission adjusting, i just need 0.1gr heavier weights or i might not need, tomorrow i will put the rotor plate from the selettra it will add weight on the crank probably will be perfect, now im revving 14 110rpm on full throttle it rips. It feels so good when i see other people having fun with scooters too, it just uniqe some people say oh get a real bike bla bla they just dont get it, btw trust me get at least midrace exhaust the 103cc u had will be nowhere near this kit its funny to compare them, it will be ripping like crazy with at least midrace exhaust, u can do midrace with stock ignition without problems. Right now if u wanna make it faster exhaust is the only thing that will make huge difference.

For take off on these racing kits u need really good cvt and carb setup, it either rips or it doesnt move, your job is even harder cuz u are running it on 9k rpm instead of 13-14k. You should check your spark plug color on full throttle dont risk it put bigger jet and go down smaller till perfection im sure u know this i dont need to tell it just pointing out so u are safe . After your carb is perfect then move to transmission setting up.

If he can get hands on CDI with adjustable curve it will change a lot , also i would reccomend u put ignition on stock timing, with these kinds of cylinders little missed ignition or carb not tuned perfect/rich mixture will seize in a blink.
Edit: Also i would reccomend really getting a better exhaust even with stock flywheel, like this on 9k rpm it just not where the kit is projected, if u would get exhaust something like top performances nardo it will run so much better like much much better.

Gears are here , Top Racing 14-42/13 which are 25% longer, i decided for them because i dont want power wheelies i just wanna launch instantly from the start. Also got some octane booster will be putting all together these days hopefully, its very hot outside like 35C its impossible to do anything.
Also i forgot to mention that i got new EGT Display and its working great cant wait to see that too.

Thanks man but i already have seen that, and i know how to design the pipe accorddingly to my cylinder, i was asking if someone has dimensions of aftermarket exhausts it would be less time wasted for me.

Hello guys i wanted to make exhaust for my FXR 180cc 2T, but the problem is i dont have any dimensions, if anyone has dimensions from like the polini,malossi, jollymoto,pm tuning or pipe design exhausts it would be really appreciated. In any case i would need to design it my self

I will be adding 3rd bearing support like on piaggio/china scooters, this is example from the polini cases that they sell, i will be ordering the special polini nut and then rollerbearing.

Also i forgot to mention i did some things before this, i drilled the plastics so i have much better flow and lower temperatures. I also changed the oil in the front shocks and over did it its very stiff now i need to drain some of it. Installed this hose for the oil in the transimssion now its closed loop. I also made new holders for the front plastics cuz they broke because of the wheelies the scooter does.
