Ring shouldnt be a problem you can even measure it how wore it is, with one ring you should be able to run 1500-2000km even 2500km with this type of cylinders.

It’s a coolant passage for water cooled bikes. If it were vacuum fittings yes block them off but they don’t go into the carb itself, just the casting to keep warm, either for emissions bs or carb freezing so I don’t see a real need to block off. Yes its for the coolant passage and yes u need to block it off! EDIT: Just put one hose connect them together.

I see nobody pointed out here , those two inlet`s on the carb should be blocked out.

Few things happend in the past days , first the clutch bolts gone off, i used glue and put it back with glue, changed the torque drive angle and put the disk on the innerotor. With the disk the rpms are lot more stable feels nicer overall, also i got suprised how much it does wheelie this picture is nothing standard little gas goes up, once i wanted to see what will happen if i hold wot like 1 sec and the scooter just started going up up and up if i didnt let go the throttle i was gonna flip it scared the crap out of me. In general i just need to buy 13-43 gears and the gear cover and im good to go will do that this winter for this season thats it. I will drive it little more how much the weather lets and then it goes in garage till spring, the scooter just has too much power not driveable i dont like it like this but it is what it is.

Today i did tests with the 3,5 rollers and i lost hope with this current gears for sure i cant tune the scooter it just has way too much power i must buy longer gearing. From start is slow cuz 2seconds it holds 13 100 after 1sec it starts overrevving cuz the belt instalty comes to max position and upwards from 13,500rpm the scooter starts flying. To be able to tune it properly to hold constant 13 800-14k rpm is impossible with stock gears. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WtykHja0xQ

Okey so with the new clutch little lighter rollers the scooter is going crazy. I started to warm it up it came to 53degrees i stopped turned on ulysse speedometer full throttle it did wheelie rps were 13 640 after second 14 460 then 14 800 then in like half second scooter stopped like the clutch disengaged and then continued to 14 960rpm and i let off gas, all this happend in around 100-120meters speed on the gps was 84 haha. Also the carb idk whats with it now even with the 38pilot jet starts leaking from the bottom and keep in mind that even this pilot jet is big if u go lower pilot jet 32 it still leaks and u cant even set rpm with that one either 4000rpm or the scooter doesnt work it shuts down. With this pilot jet idle is fine 2500 i give it gas a little it stays around 4000 after 3-4sec drops to 2500 kinda weird i will have much more work in this scooter then i thought so hah, for start i will be putting 4gr rollers those are the heaviest i have. Here is video u can see it overrevs www.youtube.com/watch?v=qstzd-GCEiI

I installed the clutch put 3gr rollers and went on short test, but i only got 2minutes to try it cuz i live in 3rd world country u know people are stupid here 98% in this country, 4people instatly came and said its shame to drive like that so "fast" i understand the scooter is bit loud but they are just no words i dont know what to say. Tomorrow i will try it from what i saw in the dark rpms were 14200rpm it rips but i think its just little much i might need in between rollers 3,2-3,3gr. Also no problems on start now the clutch on full throttle the scooter starts going 9000rpm something like that bit more no boging rips right from the start.
