Have you checked your ignition curve from 10k+rpm? Could be why you arent hitting beyond 13k? Its all fine thats not the problem its set 2,2m +- like malossi says, with the lighter rollers should be fine probably today i will put the clutch lighter rollers .... i didnt have time yesterday.

Today i did short test ride about 15km with ngk br9es,it holds around 13 000rpm and starts revving really fast, i think these days i will put 3,0gr rollers to see what happens. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqNrlhhJwiw

Today i was tuning the carb i got it working on full throttle with 142 main jet , problem is the rpms idk why they are so low they sit on 12 800 and start raising after 100meters to 13 000, the rollers are 3,5grams pretty light but idk why it doesnt want to catch more rpms, my exhaust is strongest on 13 900 but i cant get it to there, the plug is still kinda rich, i dont know what to do im thinking about going down on main jet, tomorrow i will try ngk9 spark plug cuz that is recommended for my kit now im using ngk10. This is with 148mm full throttle 200meters.Setup right now is 142 main, JJN needle , 42 pilot jet , powerjet unknown.

Today was finally first start, it started on 3rd kick because i forgot the choke totally....it idled rpms were not constant i guess because there was air left inside, then it settled in i tried it a bit, on 45C temperature i gave it full throttle from stand still after 1sec the sound was crazy kinda scared me a bit , then after that when it got to working temps 60C i tried it again i gave full throttle but it just cant rip main jet is way too big, weather is really bad over here so im waiting to get dry and i will put 10 numbers less main jet and fine tune the carb, will post video when i tune it.
Here is video after idling for about 5min. www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_ZqGiWXqhw

Yes these are for the crankshaft, scooter attack says they give increased stability to the crankshaft to counter and minimize loss of power which is true this one will go on the cvt side it will take much more beating than standard bearing. Also i will check the crank and re-balance it in 0 because the new kit is stronger, the crank is new not even 80kms on it but just to be sure i will do it, it doesnt cost me much.

So a little update , pretty much scooter-attack screwed my project and delayed it for 6weeks, i oredered gaskets for the modular version of my kit but even after 4 weeks that they said they should have them, they answer me that they still havent gotten them with the latest orders, so i decided to not lose more time and i ordered gaskets for regular head s6 racing kit, they finally arrived 5 days ago. Along with koso thermometer, voltmeter, egt sensor from aliexpress and some other stuff. Next thing i ordered are the bearings polamid FAG C4 and FAG NJ204 cylindrical roller bearing, the bearings should be here tomorrow, i just need to get belt and thats it these days we will start assembling the engine along with porting the engine blocks and the cylinder. Kinda excited i expect it to be real monster, i will maybe even have a chance to take it on dyno after we fine tune it all.
