any decent welder can fix this.... probably not worth vs the price of a new cover, but would not be 457620457638 light years of shipping. I was looking at it again today and thought it probably could be tig or might weilded, but I have orded a new one. The motor has a lot of compression over the years may have contributed to it failing im just glad it didn't do any damage to cvt at all. If I can get it repaired I'll have a spear lol

ah great. i run a GlowShift wideband on mine. its almsot 15 years old ( of use ! ) and still working like brand new. FU expensive not that good brands ( hi auto meter and innvate motorsport ) ive been in the car tuning world ( worked at quebec most reputable speed shop aka Turbo Expert ) from 19 to 29yo ( i'm 37 ), and we never had to use EGT at all. only wideband, and in some very rare case an engine knock sensor. i guess egt is only really usefull on 2 stroke nothing else ? thats a nice peice anyhow. I agree I wouldnt use on anything else and all my motors are race set up that rev up to near 15k the egt will pick up a over heating problme way befor a water temp gage, I tune old school and looking at egt gage is just incase something is out in jetting, when testing. This is the first bike I've owned that had one I do plan to put one on my other project

what is this so small sensor on the exhaust ? only thing i could think of is a narrowband/wideband sensor, but the smallest i found is like 10 time bigger than that lol. what is this so small sensor on the exhaust ? only thing i could think of is a narrowband/wideband sensor, but the smallest i found is like 10 time bigger than that lol. It's a egt sencer, the bung that's blocked off is for a/f sencer either narrow or wide band a/f sencer, usually uses for dyno tuning. Having the egt gage is good for tuning as well and if it starts to change you know sometgings wrong way quicker than your temp gage

These LMR kits are nuts - looking forward to a video of this thing once complete! I went even more stupid and im now waiting on some lmr race preped cases. All machined as they do there full race motors that there own races use, flowed and trenched ready for the stroker crank and barrel plus inlet widened and ready for the lmr vforse 4 reeds

Hey all. I've got pretty much everything for my 94cc Testa build in the mail. Doing it on the stock cases (bugeye) to keep it pure Zuma, a personal idealist goal of trying to avoid a block swap. Looking to using a 33mm PWK. Usually it's way cheaper to get a genuine Keihin off a used bike, if you can figure out what bike came with which carb. 28mm Keihin PWKs are on a lot of the 85cc bikes. I believe Malossi uses a 28mm VHST with the rc1 kit, but I'd like something bigger. But what I'm seeing is carb sizes jumping way up to 36-38 even on 125s. It's possible I need to look at quads. Does anybody know if there's a 2t bike or quad that came OE with a Keihin 33-34 PWK? Heck, even a 30, I'm not sure they made/make one though. 32-34mm is ideal. Thanks! I've ran the 94cc rc-one with a tmx 35mm to big I think a 32mm tm would work best mukini, the 35mm tmx was made for race 125cc the 38mm tmx is made for a 250cc race motor so 32mm is about perfect for a 94cc the malossi is a good motor but there are better options once you go to flange motor, im running a 36mm r/t on a aerox 86cc but it has 2fast 86cc pipe and a lot of port and case work

Alright so today I'm finally up and running! Still have some tweaks to make to the timing but I'm pretty close I think. Jetting the TMX 30mm carb will be fun, but right now at a 320 main and 20 pilot with clip in the middle I'm doing good. Little rich on takeoff but I've kept the clutch springs weak. However I've got a lot to learn about the CVT tuning Herr because I feel like I can't pull the belt at about 6k RPM. When the pipe hits and the powerband kicks I'm hitting a wall and I can't remember what weights I put in. Anyways carb tuning and CVT tuning go hand in hand so here is where I start my trial and error! Yes cvt is just if not harder than carb. I run mukini tm and tmx as well.

Well added another scooter to the list, only thing I had to do to it was new fuel tap had a non vac spear so 15min swap, Think I got a great deal Aerox 86cc malossi mhr Malossi stroker crank Cases machined and ported by a well know jet ski 2t racer, digital Stella, 36mm r/t carb, rear mounted, polini rear torsen bar, full stage6 over size cvt, ssp water pump, stage6 gages, egt gage, 86cc 2fast pipe 280mm front disk 4pot r/t calaper. What else as I said I had to replace the fuel tap, I don't think I could spent money on it if I tryed nothing to buy at all Doppler air shock heres a few photos, woreing all hocked up to a rechargeable battery led everything.

Anyone have input on the best rear pulley option? Can't believe I completely forgot to order a rear pulley... I got a set of 15/38 gears to play with but looking for a pulley that will give the most top speed capacity I run polini evo3 134mm ceramic
