And a personal THANK YOU has to go out to Reign for supplying the front plastics including headlight, and if you look carefully at the front fairing in the pic of it sideways with me on it I think Reign also named the drag scoot and didn't even realise it, "Hustler"! Thanks for all your help Reign.

 Thing does look killer Shaka, great work  !!!
Nice intake ;D! I like mine, that is after i took the massive amounts of restriction they left in it. The intake itself shouldnt need near as much porting as the adapter they put on em :stars: . That thing was like it was supplied by NASCAR... I must have gotten the "Daytona" intake  . Restricted and ready lol. Nothing a good dremel cant fix tho ;D
Really nice scoot man, im proud of ya!

Thanks for all your help Reign. Hey, thanks man. I can't take the credit for how wicked that thing looks though! That thing would look awesome even if it was just a frame. I can't wait til May to see this "Hustler" fly down the track

I got the dello 22mm in today but the inlet appears too big for my intake as far as just looking at it. i'll get out there here shortly and get the intake taken off and double check it.

well i was correct, the carb inlets to big for the S6 intake. with enough persistence i was able to get it on there but its not right. also my manual chokes not gonna work with it and my throttle cables gotta be changed. :censored: well the cable is something i had anticipated so it didn't surprise me anyway. and I've been looking at the S6 dello racing 21mm carb on enviromoto's site anyway so I'll go ahead and get it and keep this one for a backup. heres the one i've been looking at over at enviromoto. enviromoto.ecrater.com/p/9775178/stage6-mkii-dellorto-phbg-racing

You got any pics of that 22mm? Dimensions for the carb inlet? If it fits my intake boot, I might buy it off you.

Your gonna have to open, or port the intake anyway brother. It is very restrictive! Really bad were you slide the intake on. My Dello21 was a tight fit outta the box. The black edition would be the same... Take a closer look at the adapter on it...You will see that even tho at short glance it blends well, the adapter is allot smaller ID than the intake, BAD! I could feel the power increase by the seat of my pants after i fixed that. I dont think it performed better than a tuned stocker before porting?...
Dont get me wrong tho, I LOVE that intake. They are bullet proof and are a well built piece for sure! But like our pipes are sometimes, this bugger has a restricter plate in it.

Just another thought...They might do that so we can bolt a smaller or stock carb to them right out of the box.?. Like i said, its mainly just the adapter that is small.

ok folks i'm in need of some help. i'm trying to get my electrical figured out on my drag scoot and i'm having a problem figuring out the wiring on this aftermarket cdi. www.partsforscooters.com/50cc_Minarelli_cdi_169-117?sc=9&category=101707i've figured out the wiring from the stator and factory cdi but the plugs aren't the same to the aftermarket cdi. if anyone has ever messed with this aftermarket wiring i'd greatly appreciate your help with this.

ok i'd sure appreciate it, in the mean time i did get the rest of it wired up just gotta put it in the seat tub and plugged in. if i absolutely have to i'll go with the stock cdi, but don't really want to do that. i'm pretty sure the orange wire is for the kill switch, black=ground, 1 should be from the pickup, 1 out to the coil, and 1 to the rectifier.
