ok, i've got a question for anyone that can answer it for me. what is this little box for thats on my eton beamer 3? i know the bigger one is the cdi, but the smaller ones got me stumped. its mounted up on the neck by the ignition. its got 5 wires coming out of it. it seems to run ok even without it plugged in. thanks in advance for the help. That's a light controller, I have one on my beamer item #13 on the diagram 02e3acd.netsolstores.com/electrical_6.aspx

well i hate to ask for help again but i need a good source locating some parts for my drag scooter, like aftermarket handlebars, riser, kill switch, throttle cable for a 2t(without the oil injector cable), and a race throttle. i've been looking at SIP and minus the cable they've got everything i'm looking for but it never hurts to look around and compare prices. :stumped: thanks in advance for your help, if you can.

SIP is a good choice. You can find some of the stuff on eBay at decent prices as well.

Well I got the factory xspeed stickers removed from the plastics and started sanding the plastics down preping them for paint today. Also got the front and rear tires broke down and cleaned up. I was gonna paint the rims to match the plastics but after cleaning them up I kinda like the red paint that's already on them. I'll post some pics tomorrow. Now I've gotta clean and prep the frame for paint. I decided it would be cheaper to paint then powdercoat. I've been kickin the idea of putting a foot pedal on it (like a gokart) for the rear brake but not sure yet. My wife was talkin about matching that pedal with another on the other side for the throttle, nah I don't think so. But we'll see.
