i'd like to put a front fairing on it but i don't have one of those. i do have a fairing off the beamer that has what almost looks like a smiley face as a head light, and the paint is almost a match already. i may have to go ahead and put that on and make a smiley face out of it. what i'd really like to find is the front kick panel that goes up by my feet to close that off and still match the floorboard. i did find out that with the stretch i'm gonna have to run my throttle and rear brake lines down the frame brace instead of down the neck and under the plastics.

Here are most of the panels. Not sure if you mean the undercover as they call it or the foot guard. They have both anyway. Only thing they don't have is the Triton front, that's the Eton front I suppose. Does kinda look like a smiley. Wouldn't be too hard to chop a little out of the top of the "mouth" to make it look more like a smiley then use an underpiece to paint teeth and eyes on. It's deep red... could give it a goatee and horns. That would be the best scoot ever for sure! www.partsforchinesescooters.com/asp/gmi/?choice=showCategory&category=107&classid=19You may also consider shooting Reign a PM. He used to have a bunch of parts around for Tritons. It's a shame about the cables not being hidden, but I guess you gotta expect some obstacles when you make it that much longer.

i tried to fit the eton plastic front fairing on the drag scoot but with the location of the mounting bracket it would only give me 1.25" of turn from either direction with the dropped front end. the triton front fairings may mount differently but i don't know. for now i'm just gonna run it naked on the front. if i ever decide to put it on the street the eton front fairing mounting bracket would be great for putting some lights on though, so i'm gonna hold on to it for now.

thanks for the correction reggie. i got some more work on my drag scoot. i put an 8 1/2 inch stretch on it by moving the motor mounts and shock mount back. i have a ? for you... i would love that stretch on my zx at some point..(of course while shes apart right now would be ideal)....did you make something for the back side of the hanger(the side the engine bolts to)?... or the front side?..... and measure an 8 inch back with the oem shock mount?... thanks for any help....

actually batman, i had the frame from the eton and i cut the engine mounts off that and welded them onto the vento frame after doing alot of measuring and repositioning. then i welded the shock mount (also taken from the eton) at the farthest point on the vento frame as i could get it safely. its set up so that i could put the motor back in its factory position if i want to, vento mounts are still there.

Hey shaker, thanks for the reply....i really like that look, thats bad ass.... :thumb: .. of course i dont think it'll be possible while shes apart now but i would like that mod for my zx..(have seen dio's with the extension.)...i may actually be able to get the mounts from a zx frame if its still available.. ... of course my welding skills suk.. .. but im sure it'll be easier to get done if i have all else taken care off...

I got a pm from Reign that my front fender, fairing, and footgaurd were shipped out today. ;D When i get them I'll prep them for paint and get em installed, not 100% sure if I'll be able to use the fender or not. I'll post some pics when I'm making progress on it. Then if I can get the Rally sold I'll be getting the motor built.

its silver for now, i just haven't decided if its gonna stay silver or not. still thinking on it. and since i'm not running vento forks i've still gotta figure out how to mount the fender, i've got a few ways in mind but colder then hell out in the garage so i'm spending alot of time out there. maybe i'll get the heater tank refilled tomorrow and spend alittle time out there and see what i can get done.

It is looking loooong and strong ! Just drill and tap Here are the pics of how i do my L/C adapter with an A/C head i promised you . It works great and is good to know if you get a gauge with an L/C adapter. And after what ive read about the A/C "under the plug" ones, all pass on those.
