I'd say go with a 38 pilot jet and try a 85 or 90 with a bbk. See if anyone else posts with a different opinion. Each scooter for one reason or another seem to be temperamental like my better half. Be fine one week with with the blue shoes the next wants to kill me for buying them. :2cents:

If they're led- looks like they are- you may experience "hyper flashing" as the leds load is considerably less than the edison bulbs. They sell an led blinker relay somewhere but I'd imagine you'd have to change all blinkers over to led. They also sell a big fat resistor that mimics the load of original bulbs so you can use your stock relay without the hyper flashing syndrome. Sorry I don't have any links for any of this stuff But yes- they wire into your current blinker wires. Leds are polarity sensitive (they won't work if you have the + and - wrong) so you'll need to know which wire is + and which -.

will the hyper flashing harm blinkers or burn them out or burn up wiring?

I used a regular cell phone holder from Walmart, My speedo isn't working properly so I started using all GPS and I took the phone holder drilled out holes to fit screws down through it and went put it through right above me speedo to hang over where my speedometer is and I can still see my gas gauge and all.

Just found this thread. Great info on here, as I have the same bike and am planning a BBK soon. I sent you a PM before I saw this thread, you can ignore it as most of my questions were answered reading through here.
So the 64mm valve head you got was correct for your engine? I have a 64 mm valve 100cc BBK, but it doesn't come with the cam or rocker assembly. So I would be using the 64mm valve head with stock cam and rockers. I want to make sure that I dont need the 69mm valve head before I rip my motor apart.

Mine runs great as is, but I'm hoping for a few more mph out of it. I did some research and it looks like the valve lengths are 64mm, for future reference.
