Ok guys got a new 50cc and came bored to the 105. But since then have had allot of drs n a surgery on my back. So sadly won't b driving for a while.so my plan for the next few months..... MOD lol. Starting with installing a performance Stroker crank. Got the time but i wanna know wut i gotta do. Any info to do it would b greatly appreciated. I know base gaskets n that's about it know maybe need a shorter cylinder or suttin. Vids or pics would b great my ADHD kicks in after to much reading

A stroker crank would install the same as any other crank for these. The regular cylinders are fine. You should mock it up and check out clearances and compression though, so you'll know if you need to add a base gasket or anything.

Tools and videos u could directly me to for checking clearance? Would b great. Next month will be the start of this project. I know to check compression there's a video on here Just hard to find things on my phone while lap top is down

Compression Test VidPiston to valve clearance is one thing I'd check. No vid, but : You can see the squish clearance as well if you put the clay near the edge of the piston when you do it.

Ok so after much much time off. Im back. Sorry all was in a bad car accident n needed back surgery. But been slowly workin on bike. I cut the muffler in about half. Went from a 100bbk to the 105. Can tell the diff. Changed the rear flat tire to a kenda 140/70/12 tire.changed the clutch springs to 2k and torque to 1500. Switching out rear lights n signals for a led intergrated lights.

Also decided that im not going to get a performance stroker. Ill save up n do a 150 swap. Will add sum pics i been saving up.
