ok guys back again. okso i checked the beltit says 788 18 1.wen looking it up to buy it says 1e40qmb. does that mean i have the wrong belt i have a 139qmb. also i connected all4 LEDs up and when using blinker they just stay on. no flashing at all. so im guesing i need the flasher realay.again looking on ebay at the scorpian products from 02starrider. but wen i asked aout the one they had he or she said they wasnt sure.if someone could point me in the rite direction. also with that subject im not sure wut im looking for to replace. thought this was it www.ebay.com/itm/Scooter-Voltage-Regulator-Rectifier-GY6-150cc-139QMB-50cc-Chinese-Scooter-Parts-/161055211952?hash=item257fa381b0 but on reading think im suppose to be looking for this some thing round cylinder looking thing like this??http://www.ebay.com/itm/Scooter-Flasher-GY6-50cc-150cc-139QMB-50cc-Chinese-Scooter-Parts-Turn-Signal-/161078921874?hash=item25810d4a92

I don't think you should be using that belt, but there are some oddballs so I won't say for sure. Easiest way to tell if it's far off should be just looking at it. A long belt would have lots of slack in it and a short belt wouldn't be able to reach near the outside of the rear pulley when the front pulley is open and the belt is resting near it's center. I use a flasher like THIS for my all LED scoot. I originally tried one of the 2 prong flashers that said it worked for LEDs with no luck. The kind with an added ground works for me. Some scoots don't use the 2 prong automotive style flashers and have 3 wires stock with a different style of connector.

thats the belt thatcame with it. and the flasher unit is round cylinder. thought it was the black rectangular thing.iwill go look now. try to find it

so yesterday got lazy n didnt get to golook for it. called icebear to check the belt i guess that isthe rite belt size. thats atleast good news

also got another question. so i know to run a small air filter to the hose that goes to the top of the engine.but looking i also see another air hose going to the bottom of the cvt cover heressome pics this is back of the air intake filter

1.what is that bottom air hose do? 2.what do i do with it wen i get a cone airfilter? havent read anything about this sorry guys.

That is the flasher in the earlier pics.
The hose under the CVT cover is a gearbox overflow. Usually it's just left open.
