Looks cool with the big rear wheel/tire. Gonna have to chop the rear fender up though. You may feel like you're always sliding toward the handlebars with the rear jacked up from the big tire.
Regarding carb access, You can do adjustments with the front panel under the seat off. When I needed to tune I left the sides and front around the seat off and kept the seat and fender in one piece so it dropped on pretty easily. Didn't reinstall the rest till I knew I was satisfied with the tune.

Hahah that almost looks like it can be made into a chopper or drag bike now. That 103cc will make that thing one hell of a sleeper.

I think the 4" lift in the back with the 12" wheel and tire and the RX8 shock is a little much. The stock shock should drop it about 2". If that works I'll just need to find a decent stock sized shock.

Put the stock shock on and lifted the front 2" to simulate a 12" wheel. I think this will work. If anyone has any ideas on a 9" aftermarket shock let me know.

Thanks Brent. I saw the 2nd and 3rd at Aliexpress and they were more. I like the 2nd. Anyone need a shock and want to split a pair?

I've spend ages looking for 240-260mm rear shocks. There's much for sale but most of them are cheap chinese almost 'disposable' like shocks. YSS has some real nice shocks, aren't the cheapest but from what i've seen they offer the best value for money when you want a semi performance shock. They look good with cnc anodised parts.
Myself i ended up buying a sebac gas shock from some old stock (sebac doesn't exist anymore) becouse it was cheap. But otherwise i would've bought a YSS gas shock.

RP has a YSS Mono Pro 230mm for $57. It doesn't look like anything special. I know it's their low end model. I hate to give RP any business.
