You can do the same thing with an old tire valve (NOT 90 DEGREE) take the spray button off the can and set the tire valve on the nipple of the spray can and add air with your air compressor. You can also use this to put more air in say a can of spray lube that still has lube in the can but no pressure to push it out with.

I literally just cut open a can of PB blaster just to use the rest of it- it was still 3/8 full but no pressure- learned TWO things today!

I was about to cut a can open when he was still around he saw me and said "boy don't you know nothin hold on!" He grabbed an old tire valve out of his truck pulled the top off of the can and filled er on up it blew me away lol! Also i take a drill thats the same size as the tire valve drill a hole in the can at the top where the can "domes" solder in a tire valve that i burnt the rubber off of. Now you have a spray can that you can refill with whatever you want Pb blaster by the gallon can is pretty cheap btw!

That carb mod is for the 2008 and up zuma. Earlier years don't need it.

I'm totally doing this mod! Any other Zuma guys out there know about this?? I did it on my 2008 Zuma. My gains were not as dramatic, about 2 MPH I think but it might have something to do with my weight. I also read somewhere it can lead to lean condition during extended WOT but I did not see that problem myself. I put a BBK on it, and now it is fun to ride!

I made a mistake in the title of this thread- this Zuma is actually a 2005 according to the paper title...

I've been getting some painting done but been fighting with this Dupli-color Acrylic clear- it's been crackling. I switched to lacquer and that crackled too! I did a bit of googling and apparantly some chemicals don't mix blah blah blah- I salvaged the paint job by wet sanding the crackled clear out but it's been time consuming and a pita! Ever since I used the "glitter blast" to give the 'fugly duckling' a cool looking flake paint job I've been using it more and more. I may have overdone it on this blue paint job though- I wanted to give a subtle flake look like I did on the GMW CVT cover but I think i put too much on this Zuma- just takes a tiny squeeze of the trigger! Oh- well it still lokks good- just more sparkle than I wanted- here's a sneak peek!: I fudged this part up a little as it was my test piece, but it's good enough that I decided to keep it rather than start all over...
