So I've ordered everything for the build only thing I need is exhaust and cylinder kit,would an airsal t6 l.c be good for a d.d or should I get the malossi which is almost $300 the airsal is only $160 any idea on which one I should get,I'm running a technigas rs on either so that you know,any ideas or help asap will really help me on my decision

No experience with LC but the T6 works well with the RS. I ran a T6 with a stock pipe and was happy with it. Which Malossi kit are you looking at?

The m319747 its the sport not the mhr rep I don't think malossi ever made a mhr rep lc for morini

I've got a buddy running the T6/RS lc in a Super9. It's fast. I think that's your higher performing option. The Malossi may last longer.

Where can I find cylinder head bolts for a morini there m6x100 bolts?? Also ordered the airsal the build shall commence in a week or so,also need to order up gears kit

Dam the wristpin on the airsal kit I got is 12mm and my crank is 10mm I've searched everywhere and can't find a 10mm version,can I use a different brand piston they use a mahle and its got a small window above the wrist pin hole any help would be great!!!

So I talked to charles at Partsforscooters and he said the hoca 10mm should be fine so I ordered that

Yeah and Santa came today got my radiator,my str8 riser New gaskets some new carbide bits and crank bearings still waiting on the bbk and electric water pump and also ordered the polini reed valve and the polini 21mm reed valve to match can't wait till all my stuff gets here!!!

Now just got message from the guy I bought the airsal kit from and he said it's a 10mm wrist pin,so I just got me a nice spare from pfs What set of gears should I get with this setup,can't access scooter right now cause my garage door is iceberged

With large tired 10" or common 12-13" wheel and tire combos something like 10:1 final drive ratio usually works well for giving plenty of acceleration and speeds over 60MPH, at least with the Minarelli engines. Higher rev setups with a good CVT are generally capable of around 70 as long as the power is there. Not sure what your scoot would have stock, but just for a better idea of a range of gearing those same scoots mentioned tend to stop by 50MPH or less with some stock gears around 13-14:1.

Yeah im running 13's on mine so I'll try the 10:1,how would it read on a website,what I mean is I notice sometimes it will say 14/43 etc... Which number combo should I be aiming for to get the 10:1???
