Small update::::So got airsal kit today and bolt holes are not correct so luckily I can send back and get a refund,also found the malossi kit that I originally wanted for a great price so I'm ordering that,also got a t.g rs pipe on the way also waiting on electric water pump and 21 mm intake that's held up at customs some where in Lithuania and also waiting for polini reed valve I ordered from spi's also is there any alternative for a case splitting tool, the tusk is out of my range right now and am looking for a cheaper alternative, also bought some purple power too soak engine cases in once I get them apart!!!

Yesterday got my dell clone carb 21mm,what a difference from the 17.5 mm carb I have now the slide is huge,what kind of idle jets do they use I want to order some cause I'm sure I'll need them,also got some ultra grey permatex gasket maker for when I seal cases back up,should that hold,I think the heat range is 500° just wanted too make sure!!

Also just ordered the 527879 malossi clutch which is 107mm what size bell would I get too go with it,would I get a 107mm or bigger??

Both clutch and bell should be marked as the same size.

Yes order a 107 bell for a 107 clutch.

Yeah I picked up the malossi fly delta new for $25 for the morini,was just wondering if a moto force clutch long as its 107mm it should fit transmission stuff is also new to me thanks for all the help

I get conflicting clutch sizes for the clutch I bought is is 527879 some sites says its 107 some say 110 and others says its 112,even malossi site doesn't say what size it truly is???

OK another question tried figuring it out on my own but I'm not sure if I'm right,so this is how the manual for the motor I have out of a Tgb r50x, shaft comp,idle 51T/10T,and also says final drive 35T ,shaft primary 15T,this is all for gearing looking for gears now I tried too divide 51/10= 2.333333,then I divided 35/15=5.1 then I multiplied 2.333333x5.1= 11.9 does that sound right or did I do it incorrectly,I'll be using a lc malossi bbk with hoca vario and a malossi delta clutch and motoforce clutch bell and a moto force torque driver and a rs pipe and dell 21mm carb ,do you think upgrading the gears while I have it all torn down or should I just leave stock gears in?

Would 14/34 tooth raise gear ratio up,also found a 16/43??

You did the math correct just put the "answers" to in the wrong columns. 51/10=5.1. To see what different gears will do. Do the same calculation with the new gear and replace the stock gear figure with the new and multiply. Need to know if the gears you found are primary or secondary to switch and calculate.
